• Large room.
• Shower extremely nasty; dirty towels on sofa.

“This hotel was a huge disappointment. When I went to my room, there were dirty towels on the sofa. They gave me another room and the shower door and floor were wet, with pooling, discolored water on the shower floor. Disgusting. The room was very outdated. The hallways were dark and I did not feel safe. The bed was uncomfortable. The only positive things I can say is that the room was large and it is close to the DFW Airport. Had I not gotten to my room so late (1:30 a.m.) and been so exhausted.”

“The room's air conditioning unit was extremely loud and kept cycling on and off. It was a relic from a previous time! Kept waking my wife and I up throughout the night.”

“The check-in process was not efficient. The room was nice and clean. I could not call out on the phone w/o running back down to the front desk to run-off a credit card. It would have been nicer to target a specific DFW hotel.”

“This was probably one of our best experiences at a hotel in DFW. The staff was friendly and the room was great. The shuttles to and from the airport were very efficient.”
