• The indoor pool and the friendly staff.
• Elevator took forever and AC wasn't cooling good.

“The hotel was ok and we are Marriot members and stay at Fairfield and Courtyards at least 3 different vacations or meeting throughout the year but I want to stay at this one again.”

“This motel was 500% cleaner, neater, fresher. What a great motel! The room was clean and smelled clean. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was quite decent. I would definitely stay here again. In fact we did stay here last time we were in Dallas, but I didn't realize how nice it was until now. This room was indescribably better! WOW!”

• Nice rooms enjoyed the breakfast buffet, great bed.
• A larger TV would have been nicer/in room movies.

“Nice area, with several good places to eat close by. Close to grapevine mall and grapevine historical district. We were very pleased with the price we got and the room that we had. Quiet, even though we were near a busy roadway.”

• Free magazine, nice mattress pad and friendly staff.
• Smell of chlorine when you walk in the door and the bathroom was a little worn.

“The hotel was good for the fee but would not have paid full price.”

• Very clean, beds were comfortable.
• No roll away available even though it was listed in amenities.

“Clean, better than most of the regular used up Dallas rooms, the beds were dressed w/quality linens, fairly close to the attractions of Dallas/Arlington.”

• It had the best hotel beds we've ever slept on. Wanted to take them home!
• Seemed understaffed. The one guy in the front office was very busy.

“This place was quiet and exceptionally clean. The beds were excellent - best we've had anywhere - and none of the furnishings had any wear or tear. If you can figure out where this hotel is and how to get to it, a stay here is worth your time.”

• Great location, clean, WIFI!!!
• Halls smelled of smoke but the room was OK.

“Great location near DFW airport. Irving is very nice and it was only a short drive to Six Flags Over Texas which is why we went up there. The staff was very helpful from helping me get to the hotel when I called them to say that I was lost to needing directions to get to Six Flags. Very nice experience.”

• Friendly Staff that gave me excellent directions and was close to Texas Stadium.
• I found no reason to dislike the Hotel
