• Location.
• Construction / amenities lacking.

“This hotel was horrible. It was going through renovations. There was banging all the time due to construction. Bad parking because of construction. The walls were just boards, you walked through construction zones. It was just one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I want my money back.”

• Hotel staff was friendly and professional.
• The worst beds ever!

“The hotel was clean and convenient, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, but the beds were much worn and sub-standard. It is unlikely that I would stay at this location again.”

• This hotel was very nice -- seemed new. The room was great.
• Some of the items offered in the breakfast were not available although we were there 30 minutes prior to closing.

“I highly recommend this hotel to others. The staff was friendly and the hotel appeared to be fairly new. The bath vanity was outside of the showering area (which was good), but the way the vanity was situated resulted in the light from the vanity area to be dispersed in the bed area -- making it difficult for others to continue sleeping.”

• Looks and cleanliness were great.
• Advertisement for local transportation was not true! Would not take us to close by airport. Staff could care less about it. Breakfast starts too late!

“Staff could care less about us needing transportation to hotel or breakfast 30 minutes earlier than they started which was 7:00 a.m. Their ads also say free local transportation yet they would not take us to DFW and yet advertise themselves as Amerisuites in nearby DFW. Will not return to their facility! Very dissatisfied!”

• Really friendly staff.
• Breakfast could have been a little bit more variety.

• No Hot Tub was a big disappointment!
