“Checked in about 3pm, asked location of room. (since I was in hurry, did not have time to go to room, would return to hotel just before Midnight). Was told to drive around to back of building. I was not told about second building, main building room numbers were not high enough. Elevator was broke and the alarm was going off.”

“I've stayed at this motel on several occasions. More attention needs to be given by housekeeping to ensure each unit has sufficient soap, toilet paper, coffee, clean kitchen utensils before guest arrival. The utensils weren't that clean and the coffee maker had a bad smell and unclean.”

“Rooms average. No maintenance after 6pm. Pool not open but days were over 80 degrees. Breakfast was helping you to coffee, fruit and bagels. First room had problems. Was moved to another room. It had toilet problems which I reported but they never sent a maintenance person to fix. I delta with it manually for 5 days. I didn't want to move again.”

“Quite possibly the worst hotel visit I have ever experienced. Started off on a bad note when there was no desk clerk when I came to check in and had to wait for 15 minutes to get into my room. Got worse when I was told I couldn't have a wake-up call because the computer didn't 'recognize' my reservation. Continued to erode when I got to the room and the alarm clock couldn't be set and then wouldn't shut up (I ended up unplugging it). The next night the desk clerk told me I could have a wake-up call and then didn't she do it. The worst part of the hotel visit was that my room key had to be reprogrammed every time I came back to the hotel, almost like it was a single-use entry card or something to that effect.”

“The staff needs to do a better job of maintaining the rooms. My room had the door safety latch missing, so not much additional security; the wall clock needed a battery, only half a roll of toilet paper, old coffee still in coffee maker.”

“Initial contact with staff was gruff. 1st room AC did not work and window was broken enough to be hazardous. After 7 hours window not fixed so transferred to new room. AC very noisy when it turned off - sounded like swat team banging on my door. Woke up 4+ times during the night. Did not stay 3rd night. Ended up moving to Candlewood Suites in North Ft. Worth - great experience in all ways!”

“We have stayed at the ESA a few times when in the Irving area for my sons hockey games and find it convenient to the rinks. The area in general is nice as is the hotel well maintained. It looks like the buildings may have went through a recent update.”

“This is probably a 1.5 star hotel. An inexpensive alternative. Kitchen, Fridge, Microwave are nice amenities to have when traveling with a child. Excellent location right next to a freeway and close to lot of businesses and the airport. I understand that they save money by not changing blankets and towels everyday - but they should at least pick up trash from the trash cans.”

“The management at this hotel should have each air conditioner inspected on a regular basis. The one in my room on this trip kept me awake all night. Each time it cycled down, it was extremely loud.”
