• Very convenient to what I needed and friendly staff.
• Bed was a little hard, but that would be personal preference.

• The room was very clean. The area was very nice. It had a kitchen with everything you needed.
• The alarm clock was set backwards and my husband missed his flight as a result.

“For short or long stays this hotel will exceed your needs. It was very clean and well worth the price we paid. It was also very close to DFW. We were very pleased with everything.”

• It was close to airport and Texas stadium, which was important.
• Much smaller than advertised. No toiletries included and they didn't make the bed or provide fresh towels.

“I didn't care for the hotel but then again I knew I was going for a low budget stay. I would like to comment on your view of the star level. The range of price that you gave was not accurate.”

• Convent location and close to restraints.
• Never could get hob even though there was guide.

“Good location, easily accessed, and the surroundings were pleasing to the eyes. I noticed there were a lot of signs stating not responsible for stolen items in your automobile or room.”

• It was clean and convenient.
• It doesn't have some of the amenities of higher star hotels such as a pool or fitness facilities.

• Surroundings (landscape) very well kept.
• They do not clean the room on a daily basis, no beds are made, I booked without knowing this.

“The hotel landscape is very well done, nobody told me that there is NO housekeeping daily, only if you stay 7 days they will clean your room (not sanitary), they called me the first day to ask me if I was going to stay the second night? I do not understand why they did this!! the room was paid in advance. also they reminded me that I have to check out at 11 AM the next day. This felt a little rude.”

“Great for what it is, no frills, just a room with a full kitchen. This is great for budgets and what is really needed at a hotel for the price. I would recommend it highly if they would just have the office staff to cover the hours of arrival and departure.”

• I liked the coziness of the hotel, i.e. had a small fully functioning kitchen, refrigerator, etc.
• No external amenities, i.e. pool, hot tub, etc.

“The room was adequate for extended stay visitors, specially those on a budget since it contained a large enough kitchen area to cook and store food for a week. Wal-Mart is just down the road. The external amenities are lacking, no pool or hot tub, but the price can help make up for that.”

• It is in a quiet, mostly corporate area with access to a park one block away. The park features water and wildlife.
• We had to ask for dish washing liquid and they did not provide shampoo in our room.

• It was a place to sleep.
• The bed was very uncomfortable! Put me in a smoking room.

“Not too bad, not too good. They gave a room that was someone else's already. Luckily they were not in the room when we entered. Kind of scary that someone could get into our room.”
