• Staff and cleanliness of hotel.
• Called twice regarding AC and no one ever responded to get repaired.

“Loved the hotel overall. The room was clean, but the AC did not function properly and was reported. The room became uncomfortable but tolerable for the length of time I was there.”

• Large rooms 2 beds+ sofa bed (6 per) or one bed +sofa bed (4 per) close to mall.
• Breakfast could have more choice.

“Great hotel for families. Large rooms, shopping mall with food court across the street many restaurants close. Only remark: Breakfast is ok, but the choice could be larger (cereals, bread bagels, donuts, cake, confiture, sometimes cold cooked eggs, orange juice, milk, coffee and tea).”

• The bed was nice and comfortable!
• The pillows were that goose feathers and I don't like them much.

“The indoor pool was small, but nice. It's right off the road with three other hotels and a Starbucks is just to the side. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was so comfortable. The pillow like Ive said were goose feather so it took three pillows for me. The bathroom was a little small, yet big compared with other hotel bathrooms. The breakfast was nothing special. The staff was nice. We had a light bulb that out and they were up shortly and replaced it. This hotel served it purpose and if find ourselves in that area we'll stay there again.”

• Large rooms and nice breakfast and pool.
• Breakfast food ran out a couple days, pool was closed one day.

“This hotel was nice for a family of 5 or 6.It had a sofa sleeper and refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast often had made your own Belgian waffles which were very good.”

• Very spacey rooms with microwave and fridge - great pool, friendly and perfect for large family!
• All was great.

“We got - 2 queen beds with a large pull out couch, microwave, fridge and indoor swimming pool with hot tub, free breakfast. Awesome. We had switched from a way pricy hotel with no breakfast and 2 small beds, no microwave or fridge, and a dirty outdoor pool - not ready for kids at all. We were more than happy and wished we would have stayed in this hotel all along.”

• Good Free Breakfast, Close to mall and restaurants, good highway access for getting around town.
• Heavy chlorine in the pool. No exercise room.

“We stayed here for spring break get away with our 10 yr old son. Great location, not far to anything, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. No highway noise. Great staff.”

• The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and staff nice and helpful.
• The breakfast choices were awful!

“The hotel was clean and well-kept. The pool was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was not too spacious, but OK for two adults and one small child. My only complaint was the breakfast. The only "healthy" choices were whole apples and packaged oatmeal. Everything else was high-curbs, sweets, etc. Not even a box of cold cereal!”

• Good lodgings for the money and the staff is unintrusive and polite.
• I little hard to find, and the guests next to me were numerous and a little noisy.

“It's really good for the money; spacious and comfortable. The staff is polite and unintrusive and the building has plenty of access doors aside from the main entrance, and parking is easy. The only drawbacks are the location (it's pretty tucked in among other hotels along I-35) and the neighboring guests were kind of loud.”

• Not much to recommend.
• The hotel personnel made no attempt to control the youths that were very noisy and irritating.

“I fell in the stairway and had several bleeding scratches on my head and hand. All I could get from the hotel personnel were some small bandages. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, and location.
• The only problem was the TV was acting up. Although, we did not report it as we were not in the room long enough for it to matter.

“We chose this hotel because of its great location to shopping, eating & highways. We also chose it for the indoor pool so the kids could swim. The staff was very, very helpful.”
