• Room was big and clean. Had a kitchenette which was great.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“This hotel was perfect for us since we stayed for 5 days. We had a kitchette and it was centrally located for our needs”

• Huge double room. Great location for DFW.
• Plain Jane decor, not much continental breakfast.

“Two comfortable queen beds in a huge double room, taller than normal ceiling height, small, outfitted kitchenette (stove, sink, fridge, micro, coffee maker, dishwasher)with a large snack bar and two rolling chairs (perfect for the business traveler who needs a work surface or family with kids). The sofa (a pullout) and chair were plain Jane, but who cares. A coffee table, two end tables and a floor lamp across from the 2 queen beds completed the furniture. Lots of room between the living area and beds. A 3 drawer dresser between the two windows was topped with a nice-sized TV on a swivel for viewing from the living area or bed area. Nice-sized bath with a large vanity area. Everything was very clean for our 1-night stay.”

• They allowed us to make ourselves at home while waiting to check in.
• The decor in the room wasn't pleasing, nothing matched and it didn't have an inviting vibe.

“The staff at the hotel was extremely pleasant, but the room were not inviting neither it was decorated nicely. I would only stay for a last resort. Definitely a place to visit for relaxing.”

• The price and the size of the room.
• No pool.

“I liked it. The beds are a bit loud and creaky, but not terribly uncomfortable. The price is outstanding for the size of room we stayed in. I would stay there again if I go back to Dallas or Fort Worth.”

• The amenities were good.
• Both rooms we stayed in had broken items.

“Painting in bathrooms was sloppy and the toilet stool was broken. The sink stopper did not work until I fixed it. The bolt lock on the door to the room could not be engaged in the first room we stayed in.”

• Hotel appeared well kept.
• Air conditioning did not work in our first room, difficult to find.

“Hotel is located off of a one-way street. Very difficult to get to if unfamiliar with the area. The air-conditioner did not function in our first room, but the staff moved us to another room with little hassle. The beds did not appear to be actual queen size, just a little larger than a full. The halls/common area were always a little too warm for comfort. Overall, the hotel met my expectations, but after having such a difficult time not only locating but actually arriving at the hotel combined with the air-conditioning problem, it was not the most relaxing stay I've ever had.”

• Kitchen in room. Bananas at breakfast.
• Breakfast- all refined carbs. Mattresses hard.

• Good price and friendly staff.
• The room had been smoked in heavily.

“The staff was friendly and as attentive as they could be. The reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was a shortage of towels.”

• The hotel room was very clean nice and convenient parking.
• There was no shampoo or conditioner in the showers. No tooth paste either!

“I feel that when you pay for a room and are traveling and now days when flying you cant take as many things as people have in the past that there should have been some shampoo conditioner and tooth paste in the room. Also there were dishes in the room for us to use in the kitchen but there could have been some dish soap so we could have used the dishes over! Dishwasher was in the room but no dish washing detergent.”

• Desk clerk was good, lobby area was ok.
• Room was horrific, scanty, weathered, and uncomfortable, not even a blanket on the bed only a sheet and scanty bedspread.
