“Flies, bugs, antes, as soon as I went into the room. Very poor conditions and only things kept me there was that I could not find any other rooms available at other hotels. Never ever will I accept that area or hotel again.”

“The best thing I enjoyed was the politeness of the clerk at the front desk, even though she only had one weeks training and had to handle hurricane evacuation and labor day weekend people all at once and she had no help at the front desk to help her, this child needs a raise.”

“It was a clean and well appointed, close to the attraction we went to see. The staff was friendly and very helpful. For a 2 star, I feel it exceeded my expectations. I would both recommend the hotel and stay there again.”

“Hotel is not addressing maintenance and upkeep of rooms. Repairs to broken items not being taken care of, mold in bathrooms, damaged microwaves, refrigerators and televisions.”

“I was very pleased to find such a nice hotel with a hot complimentary breakfast that included a swimming pool and small workout area. I found the area very safe and conveniently located to the area I spent my time in doing business. I would choose to stay at this location again.”

“We called hotel and requested the free parking and shuttle service for our trip. The front desk was rude and believed it not his problem that we were told incorrectly over the phone. Even though he did admit that the employee that told us this had done so with others several times. So he didn't think we were lying about the situation. The rooms were small, the hotel very not nice (we didn't expect much-but decent would have been nice). The cops were called to the room next to ours because some guy had passed out drunk and wouldn't come out of his room-not such a fine establishment. Also, we weren't considering swimming but I did see the pool and it is altogether disgusting. The shuttle service was great-very helpful.”

“My stay was full of looking for spiders (killing two). I went out to take care of some business placing the privacy sign on the door. To my surprise my room had been clean. I found the maid. Ask did you clean up my room, she couldn't understand a single word of English. I return to my room check for all my valuables act. Thank God nothing was missing. The conclusion of someone going threw your things weighted heavy on my mind.”

“We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. This is no resort, but it was perfect for us. We were simply looking for an affordable place to lay our heads at the end of the days' activities. The big plus for us was the on site washer and dryer. The breakfast was lackluster, cool and the restaurant staff was not particularly helpful.”

“The room was dirty - air condition did not work - no cover on the air conditioner making it very loud - employees did not respond to request of extra linen - restaurant closed - conflicting information regarding parking one employee said you could leave the car and take shuttle to airport while the morning of the flight after loading the bus, the employee at the desk requested payment ASAP very rudely!”

“First off, it isn't a hotel, it's a motel. The room doors open to the outside world. My curtains wouldn't close properly either which was bad given that anyone could get to my window. I had to use paperclips to close the curtains. The wireless signal wouldn't reach to my room so I had to hang out in the lobby to get internet, which was very unfortunate since there was some sort of sewage backup in the lobby restrooms. The keycard machine was down when I arrived as well so it was about a half hour before I could get into my room. However, the staff could not have been more friendly and gracious under pressure. This goes for the desk staff, the restaurant staff and the shuttle drivers.”
