• Located near the airport & inexpensive.
• Unsafe neighborhood, hard beds, hard pillows, noisy air conditioner, rough towels.

“Just needed to stay at this hotel one night to catch an early flight the next morning, and even for the short time there, I would not recommend it. It was not in a safe neighborhood, it was very old, the A/C unit was very noisy, the beds were hard, and the towels were rough.”

• Heater was loud, window didnt lock, and people kept calling and hanging up.

• The housekeeper was very friendly and sweet. Thank you ladies!
• The service in the front desk was not good. The people do not have patience and get upset too quick.

“You need friendlier counter people. They have to remember that we just traveled and need a room to rest. Attitude reflects how your hotel. The housekeepers treated us better then the counter people!”

• I was pleased with the motel in general.
• The motel air conditioner was smelly in room 135.

• Front desk staff was awesome! They took care of everything I needed.
• The hotel is in need of "new" - fixtures, carpet, linens, etc.

“For convenience and a quick stay on your way to the airport, with no extras, this is the place. The staff was amazing! They ensured that I got everything I wanted - even in the wee hours of the morning!”

“Then changed their mind when we said we were leaving. First room was missing plumbing to the bathroom sink. Then the windows were smashed and the stereos stolen from 2 cars in the parking lot.”

• The shuttle to and from the airport.
• It did not look sanitized nor did it smell sanitized. I got flea bites on me from this stay. I was not very happy at all.

“If you don't mind staying in this star level it's ok, but I feel it needs to be below what it was rated at and this room regular price should not be 89.00 a night for a single person.”

• This hotel smelled funny and the room smelled of smoke and it was a non-smoking room.

“The hotel was in a good location and around great eateries. The hotel smells God awful. They really need to post air fresheners everywhere.”

• It was a convenient location for the places I wanted to go.
• The outside security door was not locked at night.

“The room was attractive and clean. They were painting the hallways and sprucing up the public areas. It was easy to get to many places in the Dallas/fort worth area from this location. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• Hotel and rooms are in need of a major remodeling.

“I chose this hotel because of the price and my previous experience staying a super 8 in Houston. The room was extremely small and the television I have in my truck for my son was larger that the one in my room. Staff was very friendly and courteous. For the price I would have rather stayed at a motel 6.”
