• My cab driver brought me to the wrong Best Western and a shuttle from the proper hotel came and picked me up.
• Continental breakfast started at 6 am and I had to leave at 5 am

• It fit my needs for this certain trip.
• The maid knocking on the door at 9:00AM.

“Even though I flew into Love Field, the Hotel worked for my plans that I had over in Las Colinas. If you fly into DFW it is a real convenient Hotel.”

• hotel staff was very friendly, they helped out to anything we asked for.
• they need new bed mattress, newer linen.

“we had a good time in irving lots of shopping around, used the internet for directions to all the places we went to, dallas, fort worth, both were 15min away from hotel. The staff was great at this hotel very friendly and helpfull when we had questions about the local shopping and dinning. The hotel had a nice breakfast in the moring.”

• Dirty, broken equipment, doors that wouldn't lock, POOR Internet service.

“TERRIBLE PLACE. This is NOT a 2-1/2 star hotel, more like 1+ stars. Doors were jammed and would not unlock, or doors would not close properly, rooms face the dumpster of fast food places next door, rodents, room dirty, bath fixtures broken, Refrigerator not working and disgustingly moldy, POOR Internet service slower than dial up.”

• Close to retail outlets and restaurants.
• Outside entry, pool was not clean, could see light around entry door to outside, poorly lit.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The room that I stayed in with my family was well below average. The mattresses were VERY low quality and the bed frame was screwed up so that the box springs would not stay still. The weather stripping around the entry door was gone and you could see daylight around the door facing when the door was closed. The water pressure is lousy. This hotel is also a outside entry hotel, which I feel is a security problem especially with small children. The pool was dirty and looked like it had been a long time since it was cleaned. The breakfast was good and the desk staff was polite. Another "complaint" is that while the hotel did offer a shuttle to and from the airport, there was no shuttle running to the Cowboys game, which is the reason we went to Dallas. Every hotel that I have stayed at previously when going to Dallas for a cowboys game offered a shuttle that literally drops you off in front of the stadium. No such luck here.”

• Bed was big and contained a couch and coffee table.
• Staff could have been friendlier.

“Not a great location unless you want that specific area. Driving around is difficult because of the confusing roadways. Not much to do in area. Hotel is plain but in very good condition. Business center was not available at the time I was there because of theft.”

• This was the worst reserved hotel ever.
• No electricity and the room was stinky. Left without staying.

“This hotel is a dump. I left after two hours as the electricity in the entire hotel was out and the rooms were dirty and in poor condition. I left this hotel and checked in elsewhere for the two nights. Cases such as this should result in a full refund to customers.”

• Low Water Pressure, Rough & Cheap Sheets w/ Hard Bed

“The hotel was nice and the room was a suite, so there was a couch & coffee table area, so there was somewhere to lounge rather than just the bed. Unfortunately, the sheets on the bed were rough, low cotton content, so they were uncomfortable to sleep in. We did enjoy having some cereal and oatmeal with juice and coffee provided in the morning by the hotel.”

• It is very convenient to Dallas/Ft. Worth airport.

• The staff were kind, it was close to my destination.
• It smelled of strong cleaning supplies. A person banged on our door that evening. My daughter & I didn't feel very safe.

“When we arrived in our room, the room smelled of strong disinfectant or something. We went swimming in their pool and there were two Guys drinking right outside the pool area. They threw away probably 5 beer bottles, just while we were there in the pool. Someone banged on our door in the evening and scared us. He must have had the wrong room, but it scared us anyway. There were two crickets singing most of the night.”

• Totally Unprofessional. Room wasn't ready until 9 pm and didn't have sheets and pillows for fold out couch.

“ This hotel was unprofessional, dirty, and down right rude. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 8:00 pm and not finished being cleaned until after 9:00. We left and had a late dinner and when we got back around 9:30 they were out of linens for the fold down bed. The gentlman working was rude and offered no help or empathy with our situation.I was more than dissatisfied with the experience. ”

• Easy access on and off Hwy 183 if you knew where it was.
• No elevators, shortage of towls, bathroom fixtures falling off walls

“Although the bed was comfortable, its a long walk from anywhere to the ice machine and there are no elevators and the stairs are steep. It's not in the best of neighborhoods unless you want a tattoo or massage. The pool was not heated but the green water in the hot tub was. They seem to have a shortage on towels and the upkeep of rooms is not up to par. If you know exactly where it is , its easy to find. If not you can do a lot of driving around in circles.”
