• left car while on a trip, free shuttle to airport,
• heard walking etc. in room above terrible coffee

“The staff were friendly. The coffee at their breakfast was terrible. At 10:30 P.M. I could here the person in the room above us walking and making all kinds of noises.I was awakened at 4:00 A.M. by this person ustairs getting around (I assume) to leave for an early flight. At about 8:00 A.M. I was awakened again by the maid in the upstairs room. Definiteley a problem there!”

“The hotel had a foul smell every day that I was there. The fridge did not work, the bed linens had holes. The TV had poor reception, the elevator did not work.”

• Had a mini-fridge, large room, quiet.
• They got my res. wrong at first but fixed it. Communication difficulties as the staff did not speak English very well.

“The room was large and met our expectations. We were given a small gift bag upon checking in, which was a nice touch. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“I had bed bugs in the bed. I changed sheets and made bed with clean sheets.”

• The location to the airport and downtown.

“Our trip served as a last chance, to see my oldest daughter, before she left for Japan for 3 years with the USAF, the rooms were quiet, beds were soft, breakfast was good, most restaurants located to the south of hotel, very close to airport and front desk was very polite.”

• Easy to and from airport, clean and friendly.
• I liked everything. It was better than expected!

“We arrived later in the evening and the desk clerk was there still, to my surprise. That immediately set a welcoming tone. He answered all my logistical questions, (we were there for a quick stop between long flights) in an informative and friendly manner. I found the hotel to be very clean, safe, friendly, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that it exceeded my expectations.”

• Pick up from the airport was screwed up, waited for 1 hour.

• Courtesy transfer to airport.
• Staff knew nothing about local area. Recommended delivery service never delivered my meal.

“The property is very reasonably priced but there is a reason for that. Whilst the rooms are a little older, they are clean and equipped with enough amenities to suit most needs. No frills keeps the cost down. Without a car, the location is difficult for sightseeing and the fact that staff have no knowledge and/or are unwilling to answer questions about local area makes it difficult for overseas guests.”

• Friendly staff.
• Smoke alarm in room was disconnected.

“The back exit door could not be opened from the inside and the smoke alarm had been disconnected, this is not good even though the facility is non-smoking. The back door was the biggest concern as it left the main entrance as the only way out in case of an emergency. We were located in the middle of the second floor; safety is and should always be important.”

• Shuttle service. Bathroom was clean and reasonably well appointed.
• Needed updating. The carpet was stained. The bed was hard.

“The hotel was convenient, but was dinghy and the bed was hard. I would probably look for another hotel in the same area that was newer or had been recently updated.”

• Allowing us to park our car while gone on vacation - ride to airport.
• Cost for parking car, but it was reasonable.

• Comfortable and clean.
• Desk clerks too busy to send up a roll away at our request.

“Hotel was fairly nice, continental breakfast, our room was upgraded with a Jacuzzi, of course we would have had to pay to use it, but what was disappointing was the fact that there were four of us, 2 adults and 2 small children and a king size bed, we requested a roll away as we were walking up to our room and were told we couldn't get one because we already had a king bed, however our room had plenty of space for a roll away, we were not happy, and one of us actually slept on the floor.”

• Van service to pick us up at airport was unreliable.

“A quiet, clean hotel with good beds, new inside and out. Nice that they give you a gift bag.”

• Close to the DFW airport.
• Staff lack quality customer service.

“Outdated decor, bathrooms have a lot of water damage. Staff needs training on customer service. Affordable and close to the airport was the only benefit.”

• Friendly staff, airport shuttle, great location.
• The room was missing a drawer, and had a broken mirror, white pages telephone book but no yellow pages.

“I checked in at 9:30 and checked out at 4:00 so I wasn't there that long. I broke my foot 2 weeks ago and they had no problem giving me a first floor room. (Stairs + Crutches = Impending Doom). It ended up having a whirlpool which was fantastic for my sore muscles. The room was overall, pretty clean though the mirror was broken and there was a drawer missing out of the "dresser". The TV also made an annoying buzzing sound but I got used to it after awhile. Room came with a king sized bed, so overall, for the price, it wasn't horrible.”

• Good location for my needs.
• Not clean enough, beds were not comfortable.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The outside appearance was nice, but the inside room carpet was dirty, mold on the walls in the bathroom and you could feel springs coming through the mattress.”

• Ron, the desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly.
• Nothing.

“What I would consider a deluxe version of a super 8; the front desk person was very attentive and helpful after a rough night of airplane travel; the room was large and well supplied; we did not expect a gift bag with snacks and water but it a great surprise; the continental breakfast also far exceeded our expectations, I would consider it a full breakfast!”
