• Free breakfast.
• The rugs were moldy. The air conditioner can't turn off by its self. Noise at night by club.

• The clean appearance of the lobby.
• Staff did not give good directions to the room or help when we needed it.

“When first arriving at the hotel, I was amazed at the cleanliness of the atrium area. However, my opinion quickly changed when I got to our room which had a "moldy" odor to it, the entrance light didn't work, the TV remote didn't work (and wasn't replaced when I called for another one), the cable kept going off, and there was no clock in the room.”

• Restaurant in hotel was horrible.

“The room raked of smoke even though room was nonsmoking. You could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. 4th floor had leaks from roof, ceiling tiles were out and tarps on the floor. The restaurant buffet had a very limited selection and was very poor quality, with gnats in the dinner rolls. I will not stay at another Ramada Inn again.”

• Dated, tub has no drain plug, noisy.

“The stay was average. The rooms all overlook either the lobby or pool which makes it very noisy.”

• Renos should be finished and placed aired out more. (Musty).

• The Lobby was nice. But the room was horrible.
• They was trash in the room the sheets had burns in them and they were not clean.

“This hotel was horrible. The room was not clean the sheets on the bed were dirty. There was trash still in the cabinets.”

• It was dirty and disgusting.

“I would pay an extra $10 per night and stay somewhere else! The room was dirty (potato chip crums on the floor). The bathroom tub was almost black on the bottom. Overall I think the best thing they could do is knock it down and start over.”

• The room was conveniently located by the pool, and the restaurants were not far away.
• The hotel rooms had a mildew odor and the coffee maker had mold inside.

“Overall the hotel served its purpose other than the two items I stated earlier. I will visit this hotel again in the future, to see if there have been any upgrades to the property.”

• The room was clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The staff that checks us in was friendly.
• The lobby smelled like sewage when we first walked in. The breakfast was something that I wouldn't feed my dog.

“The room was nice for a short time. Thank god we didn't have to pay the 5 dollars for the breakfast it came with the room. The lobbies need an air fresher so it doesn't smell so much like sewage. But for the price it was a good night sleep and the room was clean.”

• Beautiful facade, lobby. Free parking during my trip.
• Staff was untrained in customer service. Very slow.

“2 burns in rug all the way to floor the size of softballs, 8 burns all the way to floor the size of nickles. Bedspread burned all the way through in 2 places. Hairdryer provided did not work. Beautiful apple outside with rotten inside is the best description of this hotel. Shuttle drivers were on time, friendly and helpful.”

• We were met and dealt with consistently by happy, pleasant staff in all our dealings.
• Difficult to se at night because outside lighting was off or not working.

“We were looking for overnight accommodation in transit to Oklahoma. Ramada Inn met our price requirements, and surpassed our expectations in service and quality. The complementary breakfast was very good. The room's) were clean and well furnished. We changed our plans so we could return on our homeward leg of the trip and enjoy Ramada's hospitality again.”

• Very quiet no one stays there.
• Childrens play area and the bathroom for the kids open chemical bucket and no back on toilet tank.

“The Ramada used to be a nice hotel, this one was just awful. I had hoped to spend time with my grandchildren at the pool and it was so cold they could not use it; we complained a number of times so they just shut it down. The poor girls at the desk were doing the best they could but no one knew who was in charge because of new management. This place should be condemned! Where is the health department inspector?”

“This hotel is under construction; it was a Clarion hotel that was recently bought by Ramada. The rooms are worn down; it just generally feels old and dirty.”

• The rooms were very clean.
• The pool party at 3 in the morning.

“The hotel was very nice and all the room was remodeled. The front desk personnel were very friend. We are going back in two week for the last Dallas cowboy's game.”

• Great location, close by to stores and restaurants.
• The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, kept loosing the connection. Tried using an Ethernet cable hook up the wave port, didn't help at all.

“Great hotel, good location, closes by to stores and restaurants in walking distance. The only bad thing I can say is that the wireless internet was terrible, kept loosing the connection. Went and bought an Ethernet cable at a near by store. Hooked it to the internet data port on the desk, it didn't help at all.”

• The price was very good.
• The TV did not work but was replaced, the phone never worked.

“This hotel needs a lot of work, repairs to everything, phone in our room never worked and was reported twice. The TV did not work but was fixed right away. If you want room service forget it they do not have any. The whole hotel was dirty and needs to be cleaned. The ice machine did not work on our floor. The elevators where dirty as well as the floors. The cleaning crew was great and very helpful.”

• Musty odor and poor upkeep.

“The motel was a little less than we expected. I think maybe there was some renovation going on which may have been the reason for the musty/mildew smell. The room was very clean. It was well worth the price we paid. We would probably return if in the area.”
