• Free shuttle service to and from Love Airport.
• No restaurants nearby.

“Located near the airport in an area that was solely hotels. All similar. Everything was new or freshly painted. Nice kitchenette. Very clean and well decorated. Although there were no restaurants within walking distance there was a Whataburger in less than a mile. They had a nice breakfast. we really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and would stay again.”

“This hotel was terribly nasty! It smelled so bad! We were told there wasn't another room available so we had them come clean the room which was only partially done!”

• They changed my room and internet customer service was great.
• Iron board was broken and the light on the side of my bed did not work.

“The service was okay but I never want to stay in a extended stay hotel ever.”

• It has a fridge and microwave in the room.
• No overnight staff.

“This is an extended stay hotel with limited staff hours, no pool or dining at the hotel or nearby. Fine for extended stay on a budget, but not typical business traveler friendly.”

• It had lots of room and it was in a safe area.
• When you walked into the room it smelled a little like mildew.

“I enjoyed this hotel overall. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would have liked more pillows! The location to the airport was great and there was plenty of places very close to the hotel.”

• Woman at check in was so very friendly and helpful. Also WiFi was great.
• The toilet was very weak. Overflowed was too easily.

“It was nicer than I thought. it would be great to have a healthy food choice. The woman at check in was great. Very helpful. The shuttle came quickly to pick me up at the airport. For the price it was fabulous.”

• The size of the room and the airport shuttle.
• Having to pay for 2 beds and not having shampoo in the room.

“It has large, spacious rooms. The staff was nice. This would be great for extended stay, but just for overnight, it would be nice to have shampoo etc. in the room.”

“Good location, easy access to remote parking lots and shuttles to DFW airport. Even though we only stayed one night while waiting for our flight out the next morning, the small kitchen was convenient to prep morning coffee and a light breakfast. Good value for the price.”

• The staff were very friendly.
• Room was very small.

“I always stay at this hotel when I must fly out of DFW. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. This last trip, we left my daughter's priceless blanket behind. They staff were quick to find it and mail it out right away as they knew how important it was to us. We are so grateful for their kindness!”

• Dirty, rude staff, shuttle van was 1 hour late.

“One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Hotel staff was a joke. Told us 3 different times the van was on the way. We waited for 1 hour. Tried to charge me for additional things. Very rude staff in general. Found out others in the hotel had the exact same experience. Very bad experience overall.”

• Location was good but that's about all.
• Could not accommodate with double beds even though not booked full. Could give any information during power outage about how long it would take turn on.

“To start requested double beds got king size. Asked staff for double bed. The staff didn't bother to look he just said that's the room we have for you. I then had no choice but to purchase an air mattress for my kids. The mattress in the room had sheets stained with spots. They looked bleached and did not fit the bed correctly so they kept falling off. The power went off twice on outage lasted 7 hours the next day it lasted 12 hours no one had any answers and acted with little regard. There is none in the hotel to help after 11:00 pm and no one until 7:00 am. This hotel was very disappointing I would not recommend it to anyone I like. Oh and by the way they won't have maid service and clean towels in your room unless you pay $5.00 extra a day.”

• It was cheap and close to the airport.
• There was standing water and hair in the bath tub. No paper view.

“I wouldn't stay there if I had multiple nights. I needed it for an early flight at DFW so it worked great. They need paper view. People who stay in hotels for a night during travel tend to stay in their room waiting for their departure.”

• Kitchen appliances, little utensils, must ask, cleanliness, things not working.

“Great, but some stuff doesn't work, and is worn out, and doesn't get fixed. You must ask the front desk for everything you need. It is a great concept to have a small kitchen and such, but does no good if it's not very usable.”
