• The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for our group.
• When we arrived we found out that the pool was going to be closed for painting, the two days we were there. We were very upset about it.

“Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, but much too small a space for such a large amount of people.”

“We enjoyed our 1 night stay, would not recommend for a family extended stay. Room was nice and good size, bathroom was big.”

• Hotel was great, rooms and beds are upscale great pool and an excellent restaurant.
• Location was not the greatest, however hotel had on site 24 hour security in the hotel and parking area.

“Overall, a great stay. This is the only place in Framers Branch that I would stay at. The pool area is nice both indoor and outdoors. The restaurant was open until 10:00 pm and the food was very good. We had a table of seven and our dinner for everyone was only $61.00. I would stay here again.”

• Steep outside stairs, no Elevator.

“Economy hotel, limited narrow parking spaces, steep outside stairs. Clean rooms in generally good condition, adequate amenities. Friendly Staff.”

• The room was extra large.
• The outside was run-down looking.

“Cons - No place to curb pets - outside was run-down - kids ran up and down sidewalk and beat on doors at 2 am - Pros-room/bathroom was extra large - bed was very comfortable - very hot water - room was clean.”

• They did try to make it better. But was out of their control.
• Under renovation and room wasnt what I expect from that chain.

“The hotel wasnt what I expect from this chain. It was under renovations and workers woke us up early. Over all dissatisfied with the hotel.”

• Day staff very customer service oriented, free breakfast was good.
• Night desk staff were clueless.

“Very conveniently located, daytime desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast for continental style. Room was adequate for price. Night desk staff however was either missing at times, or gave out erroneous information more than once.”

• I liked the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
• Dirty comforter, cockroach on wall, loud neighbors.

“Although this hotel isn't the best I've stayed at on a business travel, it was fairly nice. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was fairly clean and well stocked with amenities. The continental breakfast was your average dry cereal, muffins, and juice. Though, on my next trip I will try somewhere else, but I'd be willing to come back if it suited the location of my business trip.”

• It was convenient to the shopping and venue that we visited.
• Although it was pet friendly, there was no grass around the entire motel.

“My mother and I traveled to see a concert and do some early Christmas shopping. The hotel was easy to find and check into. There is an apartment complex next door that raised an eyebrow, but the fence around the hotel was secure looking enough to make me feel safe. The hotel was pet friendly as we were traveling with a small dog, buddy, however, there was absolutely no grass or area for him to walk on.”

• The breakfast selections/area.
• Nothing- great for the money.

“Overall for the money and convenience, I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The front desk person was very friendly and the breakfast bar in the mornings has a great selection.”

• Lodge net didn't work and understaffed at night.

“It was clean, good location, lodge net was broken, and never was fixed due to understaffed at night. Complimentary breakfast wasn't really anything to be exited about, but was free so it's okay. Pool was nice. I would stay here again only if they gave me a room were the lodge net worked for sure.”

• There was some construction around the area.

“I liked that we got in right away. Our room was fresh, most hotels are very hot. The pool was very clean and everything was available for us. The staff was very friendly.”

• It was clean and had a nice continental breakfast in the lobby.
• The cold water in the bathtub barely drizzled out, which made for a very hot shower, especially for kids.

“Don't get too excited if you're going to Six Flags. There is a very fancy La Quinta right next door to Six Flags where you can park and walk to the park. This isn't it. This one is a couple miles away and a couple stars lower. Its fine - don't get me wrong - but I have my hopes up about the wrong hotel.”

• The breakfast bar was the only positive thing about the stay at this motel.
• The room had a stale odor in it and the air conditioning did not work. There were towels piled all under it & the cover had been removed leaving the wiring exposed.

“The cover to the air conditioning unit in the room had been removed leaving the wiring exposed which would have been dangerous if small kids were in the room. During the night the air conditioner only blew warm air and I believe the room contained mold for my wife and I have both been sick since our stay there.”
