“My room was not cleaned and requested wake up call but hotel failed to provide call.”

• The main lobby area was well designed and attractive.
• The room was dark, not inviting; there was a leak so the floor by the window was soaking wet, it was humid and the toilet ran all night.

“I was disappointed. I could have stayed at motel 6 and had the same accommodations for less.”

• Front desk staff friendly.
• Tacky (but clean) guest room.

“Lobby area decorated in an up to date manner. Things go downhill when you go to the guestrooms. I'd recommended very drastic renovation of sleeping rooms, downgrade into a lower value property, or demolition.”

• The entry way was great.
• The rooms looked older, poor waterpressure.

“The hotel was good, the heated pool could have been more heated. The rooms were clean, but you could definatley date them. It was a very good hotel for the money. Will stay there again.”

• Indoor pool heater broken.

“The rooms are in need of updating, the lobby is nice, the pool heater was broken and that was the primary reason for picking the hotel.”
