• Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and accommodating staff.
• Housekeeping skipped cleaning our room.

“I stayed at Hyatt Place with my 13 and 9 year old children when we went to 6 Flags. The hotel provided shuttle service for free which saved me parking fees at the park. After our first night, we went to 6 Flags for the day and when we returned to the room at 4, it had not been cleaned, or towels replaced. However, after a call to guest services, housekeeping came up within 10 minutes and took care of it. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

• I loved the color scheme and how it made me feel calm.
• The night desk clerk was very stiff and didn't seem to want to work. Also the shower door did not close all of the way. That was kind of annoying.

“This hotel was very nice! The bed was comfortable and the room was great.”

• The complimentary best was a plus for us with a short stay.
• The lighting in the room could be lighter.

• It was close to the place I had meetings.
• Way over priced for this type of hotel.

“I have stayed only once before in a Amerisuites hotel before and it was very nice, this hotel was nice but it need to be renovated badly. The lighting was so bad that I had trouble seeing in the bath room mirror, I am just glad my wife was not me or I would never have heard the end of that. ”

“Great Hotel for the Price. Would have preferred a hotel with a restaurant and lounge, but this was a good alternative at the last minute.”

• They were able to work around my schedule. I need to stay longer than expected.
• The hallways were hot, the bed was a typical hotel bed.

“The staff was extra nice. They worked with me about my schedule change. The breakfast was awesome.”

• the room was excellent for the price
• The bathroom had noticeable mold in it. The toilet stopped up and the did not have maintenance to fix

“The customer service lacked. I had to ask for more towels and washcloths. When I went to the front desk, they appeared to be bothered that I was asking. They gave me the towels and said they would bring me the washcloths and never did. That and the cleanliness of the bathroom was my only problem. The overall quality of the room, hotel and location was great. ”

“This suite hotel close to Six Flags and the interstate was comfortable and convenient. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The only drawback was it seemed dark in the room and needs more light.”

“It was hot in the halls and elevators. Inside the vents of our AC was filthy - dirt and mold looking stuff. I asked that it be cleaned after our first night, but it was not.”

“The hotel looked like it was a little older, but everything was clean and neat and worked well. Their free buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The swimming pool was great. All the workers were very friendly.”

“We did not contact the hotel and request a non-smoking room. We arrived at the hotel and were given a room, which was smoking. I contacted the hotel staff and they were more than happy to switch me to a non-smoking room. In fact, they had my new room assignment and new key cards when I made it back to the front desk!!”
