• No shower curtain, thermostat failed on cold night, no lock on the door.

• The staff was able to change my room after staying a night in a smoking room..
• My standard room was smoking.

“I had purchased a standard room with 2 double beds. I did not state non-smoking and assumed a standard room they didn¿t mention non smoking room. I was wrong. When I entered the room, a window (with no screen was open, and I was told it must have been left open by housekeeping. I left my bags and went out to eat. When I got back (after 10:30pm) I noticed the ash tray in the room (I would check on moving the next day since it was late). After this, I found that the TV didn't have a remote (staff offered to bring one but I didn't need one that night) and the coffee pot was missing. About 1:30am, someone in a room near me began smoking and then I couldn't sleep. The next morning I went to get another room but the only available non-smoking room was a room with a single king sized bed. I had 2 adults and 2 children in my party, but I would rather have that than sleeping in a smoking room. The hotel was close to Six Flags which was nice but I just had major problems since I assumed that a room that didn't say smoking would be smoking.”
