“I stayed a total of 10 weeks at this hotel, and my room was only partially cleaned 4 times. It was never cleaned thoroughly at all. I asked over and over again and finally someone would come and change the bed & leave clean sheets. That's all the housekeeping I got the entire time!”

“We used map quest to find the hotel, but when we got to Arlington, Ballpark Road was closed due to construction and a baseball game. We called the hotel to get directions and ended up spending another 30 minutes trying to find the hotel. Finally found a man at a convenience store who told us how to get there.”

“I have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff changes all the time. This time the front office staff was extremely good and tried to accommodate beyond belief. I would stay here anytime.”

“Do not stay here. The room was dirty, sink had hairs, there was a smell of something in the room, dirty towels left in the shower, beer left in room. Fridge did not work and room was not ready for check in. There is no ice machine on site. I called and reported fridge was not working and condition of room and was told there was no where else to move us to, no compensation was attempted and all our groceries we had bought were spoiled. I would never stay here again.”

• Considering what the staff had to work with and the 105 degree temperature for 7+ days they made the stay very comfortable.
• Way under staffed.

“The staff worked well together to keep everyone happy. It was very hot and customers were very short tempered. (Do to understaffing the girls were doing everything and keeping a positive attitude with everyone.) I would definitely reward these girls.”

“Decent for a overnight stay but not extended. Was planning an overnight stay but extended it for 2 nights. Would not extend it beyond that. Room is not for business traveler or family. Bed was too small. Room was clean and in nice location but that's it.”

• Stove, microwave, toaster and large fridge. I was able to save money by buying groceries and cooking my food.
• No toilet paper.

“Overall the hotel was clean an inexpensive. The only problem I had was that there was no toilet paper on the bathroom, so it wasn't good when I had to use it, had to go to the store and buy some.”

• Quite, location was good, price was fair. Environment in and out was fairly ok.
• They need to do some detailed floor vacuuming at least once a week to keep floor clean.

“Overall the experience was good. Location was fair. I dont mind staying over there again next time. Some staff had a face but I managed to go over it without any problem. I liked staying over there anyway.”

“Staff was very friendly. This hotel appears to have almost used its useful life without some remodeling. When I checked in there were 4 bags of trash piled in front of my room. It did not get moved for over 12 hours.”

• It had all that I needed for a comfortable stay.
• Parking was a little cramped.

• The kitchenette.
• The beds were too small.

“This hotel was hard to find, and hard to get to. The hotel clerk gave us great directions to get there the first time but we had a horrible time getting back to it. Every time. The beds were comfortable but to small. I liked the kitchenette, it was nice. The shower wasn't what I expected for a handicapped room. It needed some sort of edge to retain the shower water. All in all it was a nice stay; we didn't have any shampoo, but did have one packet of coffee.”

• The staff was friendly and very helpful.
• The rooms were small.

“This hotel was nice, and the staff was great. They went out of their way to be helpful; One of the staff members in particular was the desk clerk Meg. She even helped us with print-out directions to a relatives house in the area. She was so very nice, and we will never forget the kindness she showed. If we are ever in the area again, we would like to stay at the Homestead Dallas in Arlington. Thank you for getting us a great price on the rooms. This hotel filled our needs for this trip, My only complaint was that the rooms were small, but we could live with that. Meg's kindness more than made up for that.”
