• The friendly staff, the location.
• Stuffy, pet odor in the room, although appeared clean.

“It appeared very clean, short distance to the beach and the staff was friendly. There was a bothersome pet odor in the room and in particular in one of the two queen size beds, that was a little hard to ignore.”

• The location was great and overall the stay was pleasant. The room was spacious and amenities were nice.
• The maid service came too early in the day. The beds weren't that comfortable. The breakfast was lacking.

• Clean, comfortable room.
• Not as close to the beach as led to believe.

“Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Pool area was clean but small and water was dirty on our first day. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops but it is quite further away from the beach than described. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Very accommodating staff, great open lobby, game room and full continental breakfast.
• Would like outside water spickets to rinse sand off before heading to room.

“Friendly staff that met needs very quickly! Very close to beach, and right across from golf cart rental business. Doors open to outside for ease of unloading car and kids. It was nice not to mess around with condo restrictions and cleaning rules. Full continental breakfast.”

• It was close to all attractions.
• When I told them the commode did not work they brought and left a plunger.

“This hotel was okay for a stay at the beach, when your focus was the beach. It was about 2-3 blocks from the beach, you could walk, but if you wanted to bring along stuff, it was better to drive. They had a very limited continental breakfast, which ran out of items both days we stayed.”

• Nothing it was horrible.
• Rude staff, tacky accommodations, not close to beach as lead to believe, charged me even though I canceled reservation.

• Pool, good location.
• Rate changed on the weekend.

“I participated in the FLW Redfish Series event. The hotel made arrangements for us and other anglers to park our boats and access water and electricity for washing and charging batteries.”
