• Nothing.
• The staff was very unhelpful.

“This was my husband and I anniversary and we felt like we were let down. The noise level of this hotel was so loud we did not sleep a wink. The upstairs floor apparently had a bunch of teenagers that just got in from six flags and were not going to sleep. There were several people who complained but there was nothing ever done. And the bed was hard as a rock and it felt like the room was the size of a closet.”

• Location to Rangers ballpark, Six Flags.

“It's within walking distance of Six Flags and Ameriquest Field (Rangers ballpark), which saves time and money for parking. The rates are good, and it's easy to find. There's also a free shuttle that takes you to nearby attractions, which runs every 30 minutes (during certain times of the day).”

• Check in went quickly and staff was friendly.
• I wished the beds were queens instead of doubles.

“Room was pretty small, but everything worked great. I would definitely stay here again great location for Ranger game and Six flags. Money was worth the service and stay.”

• The location was great and convenient to Six Flags.
• The hotel staff was horrible and the manager on night duty even yelled at me.

“The overall hotel appearance was decent and location was great. However, the staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. They were unfriendly and extremely unhelpful! The night manager actually yelled at me when we complained about the room above us. I have never in my life been to a noisier hotel. You expect to hear some noise level such as slamming doors, people in the hallway but this was ridiculously loud. I consider myself pretty traveled and stay in hotels a lot considering my husband travels for work. I never complain but this hotel stay deserves it.”

• Good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The room was very noisy.

• The staff was very nice and helpful.
• It took over 10 minutes for the water to get hot to take a shower.

“Over all if you are looking for a place to lay your head, this is perfect. The only thing that I can say badly about the place is how long it took to be able to take a shower. It took 10 minutes to get the water hot enough to take a shower. Once the water was hot it was great!”

• I love the free high speed internet access.
• The water pressure in the shower was awful.

“Overall the hotel is okay. The high speed internet access is great. The downside of this trip was that the water pressure was in and out. Also the hot water was in and out. The hotel staff said that was because they had a full hotel.”

• The location to six flags was excellent.
• The beds were very uncomfortable.

“All was very good except the beds and the breakfast. The beds need new mattresses and the breakfast was not good at all. There were kids handling all the food before they decided which ones they wanted. The staff stood and did nothing about it.”
