• Very nice, clean, would stay again.
• Parking after 10 pm was a problem, due to club attendance.

• Room was very nice.
• I think there were bed bugs in my bed. I woke up the next morning itching with tiny little bumps all over my body.

• I really loved the comfortable beds.
• There were allot of people in the lobby at very late hours just sitting around!

“The room was clean and spacious, but the fact that there were a lot of people in the lobby when my young daughter and I were getting back in from six flags was disturbing. These people were loud and rude and the hotel staff did nothing about it!”

• The room was nice and easy to find the hotel.
• The pool area disgusting, there was no mini fridge, room not cleans.

“The pool area was discussing, the hot tub wasn't hot, and it was cold. There was a room key in the room from the previous guest, so the room wasn't cleaned fully. But it was easy to find the hotel and the room looked nice.”

• The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
• The pool was no heated.

“The hotel was clean and had a friendly staff. Rooms were a little on the small side, but comfortable and nicely decorated. Only negative was that the pool was not heated.”

• Loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable & pretty.
• Staff could've been friendlier. Not many smiled & most seemed put-off in helping you.

“This hotel is close to Six Flags, Texas Rangers Stadium & the Arlington Convention Center. It was a good place to stay if you want to visit these attractions. We were pleased with the overall comfort and cleanliness of our room. For the most part, the staff seemed friendly. For example, the lady that helped with our reservations actually gave us free cokes when I told her one of the coke machines had taken our money. Also, the shuttle driver for the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed as if they could care less if they helped you or not. The only substantial problem we encountered, during our two night stay, was when some pranksters pulled a fire alarm at 8:30 am and scared us all to death. However, this was not the hotels fault and they took care of the problem quickly.”

• Location was great and food nearby (walking distance).

“Door closings were extremely loud until midnight on Friday night and until 2 a.m. on Sunday morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Adequate parking around hotel, close to expressway.”

• Clean and convenient to Ranger Ballpark.
• Our room had an adjoining door and our neighbor was noisy.

“A very nice hotel and great for the price. Great rooms but they put us by service elevator and ice machine so it was noisy.”

• Very nice staff, attractive room, great location and wonderful food.
• The hotel rooms could have used small fridges for our left over.

• Wi-Fi was not free. It was too expensive for the business traveler.
