• Great location, nice rooms, excellent bed.

“This hotel room is very quiet in room and the beds are great. Very modern decor and luxurious. The next night I stayed in a 3 star and didn't even compare. Good sports bar.”

• The bed was very comfortable!
• The room was very noisy and you had to pay for internet usage.

“The room was very nice and adequately appointed. Unfortunately the room was quite noisy. In addition, it would have been nice to have complimentary internet as is available at much cheaper hotels.”

• Good location for local amusement, baseball, football, and 6 Flags. Security did excellent job of quieting noisy clients in adjoining room late at night.
• Overall, not as quiet as one would prefer. Doors to room entry are on metal frame and noisy when closed.

“Good local restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle was available to local sporting events.”

• The shuttle charge.

“Nice to look at, and in great location. Inefficient in getting things done. Hot tub was not kept hot, did not receive a refrigerator until last night of stay. Did not advertise the charge for the airport shuttle. Air conditioning did not work well.”

• No attention to detail.

I was not happy with my room. It looked nice and romantic on line but
I was disappointed when
I saw the room. The floor was stained and and the room was not comfortable. The air conditioner was loud and did not seem to work well.”

• The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere.

“I was put on a smoking floor. All of my clothing smelled like smoke from just being in the hotel. I cannot believe that a hotel in 2009 still allows smoking. I do not care how many stars they claim to have it stinks!”

• The man that checked us in was very helpful.
• the pool had a surface on the bottom that cut our feet. All three of us ended up with cut toes. This has never happened before.

• Elevators fast, bed and linens were wonderful.
• Would have liked a complimentary breakfast.

“We were pleased with this Hilton, great family hotel, loved the very comfortable bed and linens. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great location to the Texas Ranger ballpark and 6 Flags. Would recommend.”

• I liked that it was easy to get to. I liked that the trolley goes to the ballpark.
• Would like a small fridge in the room.

“The reservations was very helpful. We received 2 double beds and a non smoking room. She put us on the side facing Six Flags so the kids could watch the rides. The room and restroom was spotless. The trolley was running late so the hotel van driver took us over to the ballpark. Our family enjoyed the hotel very much.”

• It was clean and convenient to the Texas Ranger Field. We were able to take the shuttle.

• Fast and friendly check-in.
• Didn't seem to care when vending machine ate my change and gave me nothing.

“This hotel and price was perfect for my sister, her two kids, me and my daughter who were in Arlington for a night at Six Flags. The kids got to swim and hang in the hot tub before and after Six Flags.”

• Very close to Six Flags, Ranger Stadium and New Cowboys Stadium.
• Bathroom was small,
  AC unit dripped, older electronics (TV).

“This would be the perfect place to stay for a trip to the big attractions in Arlington - Six Flags, Rangers' Ballpark and the new Cowboys field. Easy to get to, lots of restaurant choices, overall much better than staying at a La Quinta level for about the same price.”

• The convenience of shopping mall and other attractions.
• It was hard to adjust the temperature to my liking it was either too cold or too hot.

• Too much noise from other guest rooms.

“Hotel desk staff was what you would expect to find at Motel 6, slow to answer phones, did not return calls, acted as though it was a bother to answer questions or acknowledge you almost to point of being rude. Walls are very thin, could hear the TV and guest in the next room talking. HVAC system was broken, toilet would not flush properly.”
