• it is in a good location in arlington.
• The hotel was not flexible about the smoking room that we received.

“The hotel did not accomodate my hotel requests. My son has chronic asthma and they were not able to put us in another room.”

• Lot's of room to move around.
• I was afraid to touch anything for fear, it would be charged to my room.

“The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was claustrophobic. The only thing I could see different from the regular hotels we frequent were the thickness of the towels and the quality of bed linens. There was nothing telling me whether the coffee was complimentary or not and since there were price tags on everything else in the room, my husband refused to drink it.”

• Beautiful large rooms.
• Not a good view from our side of the hotel (parking lot, highway).

“ Great hotel rooms. The hotel is about a mile walk from the Ballpark, and the entire way is fairly well lit, though some of it you will walk on the median of the road. ”

• They gave me a double with no questions asked!
• The swimming pool room was very cold.

“This hotel was great. The lobby and room were very clean. The front desk staff was very accommodating. She asked if I wanted on a lower floor because of kids. I will definitely stay here again.”

• It was adequate.
• Other guests were loud, could hear everything.

“Staff was inattentive and not very friendly. Room was OK, but nothing special. There were lots of kids staying in the hotel, and the ones in the next room were very loud late into the night.”

• The cleaning service did a wonderful job.
• The food was overpriced, especially for what you received. The pies tasted like they came from a store bought box.

“This was a decent stay. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. I'd recommend lining up some good restaurants to eat because the food wasn't good.”

“This hotel room is very quiet in room and the beds are great. Very modern decor and luxurious. The next night I stayed in a 3 star and didn't even compare. Good sports bar.”

• The bed was very comfortable!
• The room was very noisy and you had to pay for internet usage.

“The room was very nice and adequately appointed. Unfortunately the room was quite noisy. In addition, it would have been nice to have complimentary internet as is available at much cheaper hotels.”

• Good location for local amusement, baseball, football, and 6 Flags. Security did excellent job of quieting noisy clients in adjoining room late at night.
• Overall, not as quiet as one would prefer. Doors to room entry are on metal frame and noisy when closed.

“Good local restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle was available to local sporting events.”

• The shuttle charge.

“Nice to look at, and in great location. Inefficient in getting things done. Hot tub was not kept hot, did not receive a refrigerator until last night of stay. Did not advertise the charge for the airport shuttle. Air conditioning did not work well.”

“This hotel is close to attractions but
I was not happy with my room. It looked nice and romantic on line but
I was disappointed when
I saw the room. The floor was stained and and the room was not comfortable. The air conditioner was loud and did not seem to work well.”

• The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere.

“I was put on a smoking floor. All of my clothing smelled like smoke from just being in the hotel. I cannot believe that a hotel in 2009 still allows smoking. I do not care how many stars they claim to have it stinks!”

• The man that checked us in was very helpful.
• the pool had a surface on the bottom that cut our feet. All three of us ended up with cut toes. This has never happened before.
