• Great hot breakfast.

“Took a trip to Six Flags and the hotel is located right across the street. It had a great breakfast and nice hot showers with great water pressure. The trolley took us to the park and picked us up to save on parking.”

• Friendly staff, easy access, lots of eating places close by. Across the street from six flags.
• Room never was cleaned.

“I stayed here Sept 09 with my three year old son who was checking into Cook Children's Hospital for some tests. The hotel was easy to find, (off of Ballpark way),check in was very quick, and they were able to meet all my room requests (king bed, first floor, away from elevators). The room itself was very clean, crisp white sheets and towels. The room had a microwave,mini fridge, coffee maker and Internet cable for laptops. There was also a sofa sleeper. They were very quick to respond to any reasonable requests. I was able to extend my stay a second night with no problems. Computer for guest use in the lobby. They did offer breakfast, but I never ate there due to having to be at the hospital very early in the morning.”

• Musty, lack of cleanliness, never been updated.

“I stayed at the hotel on July 20, 2009 going to the Red Sox Rangers game. Hotel is used up. Its room are cramped and TV was from the 1990's. It had a musty mildew smell in the room, I could not wait to leave the hotel. I would never stay there again.”

• We were placed in a smoking room.

“This hotel met all of our expectations. The only bad thing was the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so bad that we went out and purchased spray air fresheners to mask the smell.”

• The room was amazing, a lot bigger than I thought it would be.
• The A/C unit did not cool the whole room off, room too big.

• The rooms were set up really nicely because they were divided.
• The breakfast area was busy and not much food was left.

“We stayed at the hotel to attend three Rangers cames. You can't really walk to the stadium unless you want to walk across I-30 overpass. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, quite rooms, when we visit Arlington again we will definitely choose this hotel and look for other Spring Hill Suites in other cities.”

• The trolley service to the baseball game was very convenient.
• It didn't have soda machines, we had to buy them in the lobby for $2 a piece.

“This hotel was very clean, safe, and the staff very friendly. We had a great view of Six Flags and the baseball stadium, which is why we traveled here. I will defiantly stay here again!”
