• The rooms were always cleaned daily.
• They could have had a larger breakfast area with more seating.

“The hotel is in a great location! Our room was always cleaned by the time we returned. The eating area is a bit small. It was nice to have computer service in our room and they also had a computer for quest use in the lobby. We had a great stay.”

• Good breakfast, location, and recreational area.
• Smelly rooms and hallway ¿ smoke.

“I enjoyed my stay with the exception of our room smelled like smoke and the floor we stayed on smelled like smoke as well. I called the front desk and they stated that it was a non smoking room on a smoking floor. My clothes smelt as if I were in a bar the next day. I was tired and did not feel like fighting for a room that did not smell. I was only staying for one night. If I had stayed longer I would have made a fuss.”

• The staff was friendly it was clean, nice, good breakfast, overall we enjoyed it.
• No Jacuzzi.

• Free breakfast and pool, pull out couch and kitchenette.
• The room was fairly crowded- not much space to move around.

“We enjoyed this hotel. It seemed either new or freshly remodeled. It was clean, in a good location and is on the Trolley route for free transportation to Six Flags. The free breakfast was adequate and the pool and exercise room was nice. The pool was shut down, which was a disappointment to our children, however, it was back up and running when we were leaving.”

• Clean, quiet, and a good location.
• The pool was closed/broke so we didn't get to swim.

“It was a nice quiet hotel. There was Internet access and a network cable was provided. Breakfast was good, but a little cramped (like most hotels) when lots of guest start arriving for the free breakfast.”

• The location was great and the kitchen was very helpful.
• Getting towed for not having a parking permit.

“The hotel manager was extremely accommodating. The pool is rather small but nice enough for 2 small children. The hotel is directly across from Hurricane Harbor and there is a trolley to area attractions. My only complaint is that we were not told we needed a parking permit so we were towed and had to go through that hassle. The kitchen is fully stocked and this was a big plus. The room is kind of small as there is about 1 1/2 feet between both the pull out bed and the queen bed. We would definitely stay here again if there was a bigger room available.”

• The walls are thin you can here what is going on in the other rooms.

• Good location. Clean, safe.
• Thin walls definitely geared towards the business traveler, not noisy kids.

“Great place for business and would have been great for families, except my kids don't like fold out couches. They prefer a real bed and there is nothing that indicates you'll be stuck with a fold out couch and no options when you book. This hotel could also use thicker walls for noisy kids. I could hear mine clearly, four doors down, as they discussed Six Flags while brushing their teeth and there were no open doors between me and them.”

• Friendly Staff, nice rooms.
• Room Air Conditioner would not turn off or adjust, the themostat was broken. That shouldn't happen in a Hotel of that price.

• It is directly across the street from Hurrican Harbor! Clean & Nice.
• The man that worked in the evening was very rude to me and my children

• Great location directly across the street from Hurracaine Harbor. Recently remodeled rooms were very clean.
• The suites were a little on the small side.

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay there again. The suites were smaller than I imagined, however the friendliness and cleanliness, along with location more than made up for it.”

• Smoke smell throughout many of the hallways

“One of the things that was really bad was the smell of smoke in the many of the hallways. Our best guess for this is the fact that they are an extended stay hotel. Therefore, the daily cleaning and deodorizing isn't done and the stinch has built up over time. There were other problems, like the AC going out in our room at 9:30PM, andnot having anyone to fix it until after 10:00, and once that person arrived they couldn't fix the problem and brought us a fan. The hotel did offer to move us to a different hotel, but it was almost 11:00 PM at night and we didn't feel like packing so late, so we stayed. We were given a free stay coupon for our trouble and when we use it, we will make sure to stay on the bottom floor if at all possible, it seemed like this was the only place that didn't have the smoke smell.”
