• The construction being done right now made it a bit difficult to get around at first.

• It was near the places we wanted to go.
• The breakfast was not worth the money you paid for it.

“The overall stay was good. The indoor/outdoor pool was of interest to the kids. The breakfast was not worth the $9.00 per person I paid. It should have been free.”

• I liked the cleanliness and the indoor pool.
• The bed was hard, and the chair only folded out to a twin bed.

“Clean, friendly, good location. Not good if you are traveling with your family if you have more than one child and you do not want to pay for two rooms.”

• The convenience of the location to the near by attractions.
• Found a cockroach in the room and the desk clerk did not seem to be bothered by it.

“The rooms were over priced for the service you receive. The only food that the hotel serves is breakfast, and it coast $9.00 for adults. The only thing that the hotel offered that I was impressed with was the convenience to good restaurants, walking distance to the ranger games, and a trolley service that will take you to and from the near by attractions (six flags, the ranger games, & hurricane harbor).”

• I liked the location it is by six flags and rangers stadium.

• It was a decent location for us.
• The roads going from six flags to the hotel were closed, and it was difficult for us to find.

“It was a nice hotel. The pool was nice and we enjoyed our stay there.”

“This is a great hotel and location for business travelers. But considering it is very close to Six Flags and a water park, I thought it would have more amenities for families.”

• The hotel met all our needs. Very centrally located to attractions, Eating establishments Very clean and accommodated all our needs.
• Ice machines needed to serve to many guest therefore did not have great output.

“Hotel was very clean, provided plenty of towels, swimming pool was nice with indoor/outdoor use plus hot tub. Conveniently located to restaurants and attractions.”

• In room ironing board & hairdryer; thermostat.
• The price for movie was $10.99 too much! Tricky entrance hard to find. No in-room shower cap

“Courtyard Marriott had amenities one would expect from a 3 star hotel good fitness area, good food and service. The rooms and bed were comfortable with the exception of noise. Next-door conversations and TVs could be heard through the walls. Fortunately the patrons next door to us went to sleep about the same time we did Hotel was very convenient to recreation in the city.”

• One of THE most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in!
• No Free Continental Breakfast at all.

“This is a beautiful 2 story hotel with huge spacious rooms, a great indoor/outdoor pool with wonderful hot tub. It is very quiet & peaceful, & has a wonderful gazebo outside to relax in. The staff was very nice. Really, there isn't a bad thing to say about this hotel, other than the fact that a free continental breakfast was offered. But not matter, we will definetely stay here again!”

• Location....right off the highway.
• The breakfast variety was not the best.

“The staff was all very friendly and the check in was the easiest I have ever experienced. With the location being right off of the highway, this was one of the best hotels that I have visted.”

• Very friendly staff and willing to help with meet our needs.
• The elevator was 'jerky' and ended up jerking to a stop between floors on one trip, making ceiling tile fall on our heads!

“The Courtyard staff was very friendly. The location was great for what our group's activities - Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. There were lots of good restaurants in close proximity. The stairs got a lot of use after the elevator stopped between floors and the ceiling tile crashed on our heads. The staff came up to get our luggage when we departed - because we asked them to do so. But no other compensation was offered.”

• The hotel had more then what I expected, indoor/outdoor pool and more
• There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

• Rooms had a balcony. Convenient to local restuarants and attractions.
• Minor complaint - My room was adjacent to a room of noisy kids. Not the hotels fault.

“Great comfortable room with free high-speed internet access. Great location. Would highly recommend for the occasional visitor who plans to go to the ballpark or six flags; both within somewhat reasonable walking distance. Easy to find.”

“I called the hotel to make sure that the water park beside them was open, they said it was. I bought tickets for the water park drove three hours to the hotel and the water park was closed and didnt open till next week. I told the front desk my story and the could care less that I spent 50 dollars on tickets and drove three hours to there hotel. ”

• Very clean, nice atmosphere, quiet
• The pool area is VERY dangerous, very slick tile and sloping slippery stairs.

“The quality of the hotel is great! I would not stay there again though because getting to it is a pain, that and the pool area which is very slick. Saw 2 people fall in the hour I was swimming.”

• I really enjoyed the way the pool was set up. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool area. Very nice!
• I did not like their idea of a fitness center. It only had four machines and the room was tiny.

“The staff was excellent, they had a 2 pm late check-out which was wonderful. All in all it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend them to my friends.”
