• Good breakfast.
• Dirty sheets had to be replaced.

“We were very tired and wanted to go to bed but found the bed totally unacceptable. Dirty sheets!”

• The front office staff was very helpful and polite. They responded to our needs immediately.
• The room had a bad odor (stuffy smell), and the furnishings looked old. The carpet looked bad.

“Although the hotel staff was very accommodating, the room was a disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in its current state. I did see a note in the lobby which said the hotel was going through renovations. If significant improvements were made to the rooms, we might try this hotel again.”

• New beds. House keepers are nice.
• The one employee mentioned. Owner doesn't care.

“My girlfriend received a package and went to pick it up from the front desk. The employee that the "stories" revolved around gave her the package and continued to hold her hand and rub her arm. I informed the owner. He said that if I wrote a letter telling this story it would give him grounds for termination of the employee. I did so and come to find out other employees have done this as well, 4 that I know of. No action of any kind has been taken to assure me or anyone else that this wont happen again. The employee still has his job and is actually getting more hours. Besides this one employee all the other employees are very nice and very helpful. They welcomed us just like family, well 5 months, we pretty much are.”

• Easy to find from the freeway.
• Room was cheap and shoddy looking, like a Motel 6.

“The first room assigned to us had a toilet which would not flush. There was a big space with a reading lamp but no chair. We were given a different room where the toilet flushed but the bathtub was grimy-looking and a towel from the previous occupant was hanging on the back of the door.”
