• Swimming pool was nice, boys enjoyed.
• It would have been great if the fitness room had weights.

• Bed was comfortable.
• Hotel better for business (conference room).

“The staff was friendly, but not effective. We were in a room next to a conference room, which was not very large, but someone used a microphone until midnight. When I called the lobby at 10:30pm, the lady said "I take care of it." and at midnight they were still rockin' out next door.”

• Nice king suite.
• Ran out of breakfast fast.

“Nice hotel but didn't think it was worth $95/night in Waco. But, the price was comparable to others in the area.”

• The location was conveniently located near good restaurants.

• Mini fridge, microwave.
• Because of sports team staying there, we couldn't get extra blanket or pillow & hot tub was out of order.

“It was clean, and very nice. The hot tub was out of order and because of several sports teams staying there that same night, when I called to get an extra blanket and pillow they were all gone.”

• We booked at a time when most were not traveling, so we had the hotel to ourselves for the most part.
• In the past three years we have stayed at the same hotel, the hot tub has never worked.

“For the most part, the staff was nice. Although we did not have very much contact with them on this trip. Only one time did a staff member seem agitated at a request, but the situation turned out OK.”
