• The maintenance staff is attentive to requests and competent.
• The hotel charges for double occupancy.

“The rooms are well laid out, clean, and suitable for business. The furniture was in good condition. The Air conditioner needed work, but the maintenance man was prompt and effective.”

• It was conveniently located to the interstate.
• There were stairs only, no elevator.

“I asked for a downstairs room as there was no elevator, and I suffer with a bad knee. The clerk offered assistance but other guests were behind me waiting to check in. The room was clean, but crowded with furniture and the bathtub had cracks and peeling paint.”

• It was very quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable.
• The pool was closed and it was 80 degrees and sunny.

“We found the La quinta in Ardmore, Oklahoma to be the cleanest and friendliest motel on our trip from Iowa to Texas and back. The breakfast area and menu were excellent. The folks at the La quinta went all out to make us feel welcome and pampered.”

• Dirty, smelly, rundown.

“This is a dump not worthy of the La Quinta name. The beds sag and are worn out, there is a general musty smell in the rooms and lobby. My TV did not work and the knobs on the A/C were not labeled so I never got the room comfortable. Pick another spot until they either tear this one down or clean it.”

“This hotel is very nice and clean and quiet, the room was clean, and we didn't dine in a restaurant there because they don't have a restaurant. It is easily accessed from the highway.”

“This hotel was very nice it met my expectations for La Quinta, actually better than what I expected. It was clean and very convenient to get on and off of i-35. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with our stay.”

• No non-smoking rooms. Room reeked of cigarette smoke.

“This was our first bad experience with La Quinta Inn. The hotel was dingy, they had no non-smoking rooms and we ended up in a room that absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. The outdoor pool is a little bigger than a bathtub. Breakfast was okay. We will never spend another night in that hotel again. This hotel gives La Quinta Inn a bad reputation.”

• Very nice. Fairly new property. Great light breakfast.
• No problems.

“Good first impression as you drive up. Cheery greeting at the desk. Clean room, comfortable. Computer connections which my wife used to conduct her on-line class. Very nice light breakfast. Located reasonably close to restaurants and downtown area.”

• Needs a little tlc, paint, etc.

• Good choices for the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
• Mattress was too soft.

“This is an older motel but well maintained. Front desk personnel & staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had good choices and the dining area was inviting and clean!”

• TV. Color was separating.

• Oversized trucks, SUV are parked kind of in the way of parking.

“I would stay their again as long as my friend is in Arlington. It is now our half-way medium for the both of us. Very good drive and since it was mass time, the lights coming from o.k. were beautiful.”
