• The staff was quite friendly and accommodating.
• The hotel has repair and cleanliness issues.

“I was rather impressed with the staff. They were always helpful - even letting me switch rooms without a hassle when the first room wouldn't do owing to repair issues. I do have to knock this hotel. There are holes in some of the walls, the plumbing was prone to constantly leak, and it wasn't uncommon to see the same mess on the lobby floor in the evening that had been there since early morning. The Comfort Inn seems a decent place that has been left to decay. With a little effort it could be okay again. Personally, I don't think the rooms should cost more than the average roadside motel considering the condition of the place. The location is a good one and is convenient for getting around Irving, the mid cities, and eastern Ft. Worth.”
