• The room was spacious and very comfortable.
• The TV was an tube type with low quality picture.

“Everything about this hotel was very nice, and we would stay here again. There are a lot of places to eat within a mile or so and I am not talking about McDonalds, but nice places to eat. I wish hotels would upgrade their TVs though.”

• The location was perfect since I wanted something close to where I used to live. The pool was nice.
• There wasn't central air, so you just had a wall unit AC by the window; noisy and hard to control the temperature.

“This hotel was adequate for our stay. It was nice enough and the staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel could use some upgrading, especially the room AC units. Also the mini fridge in the room could have been nicer or they could have at least tried to hide it somewhat.”

“I would stay at this location. It has been updated and is modern. The location is great, comfortable, clean. I would recommend staying here to everyone.”

• The decor of the room was very sleek, clean & modern.
• The hidden breakfast charge.

“The front desk staff made no mention of the outrageous charge for the breakfast, only the hours and location of same. The first room we were assigned was occupied, the second one had no linens in the plastic linen bag in the drawer. The hotel sells microwave food but the only microwave on the premises is unplugged, inside a cabinet in the breakfast area.”

• Generally excellent -clean and comfortable.
• No "fan" in bathroom to minimize vapor +only 1 mirror in whole room.

“Very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. At little awkward access from freeway. Only improvements might be an exhaust fan in bathroom and a vanity mirror in room outside of bath area.”

• The staff was excellent.
• The pool and whirlpool needed more attention.

“The staff were all very pleasant. The hotel was very nice and most all areas were very clean. I think the pool & whirlpool could have been kept cleaner. The rooms could have been dusted better otherwise everything was very clean. Even when the do not disturb sign was on the door the maid service left towels, soap, shampoo, lotion and coffee on the door in a bag for us very nice!”

• Centrally located close to several highways and restaurants.
• Room was not comfortable over all.

“This Courtyard was not as nice as others I have stayed at. The layout of the room was odd, the TV faced the side of the bed. The bed was not comfortable, the A.C. was loud and the walls seemed paper thin. There were a lot of families staying there. There is no room service or restaurant and there is a charge ($8.50) for the buffet breakfast. The hotel had two floors and the bottom floor had a sliding glass door that opened to the outside. Overall, I was disappointed.”

• Everything was wonderful.
• Took the breakfast food up to soon.

“This was a wonderful hotel. I was in for my daughter's fathers funeral and the staff welcomed us with open arms when we arrive. The room was so nice and we just walked across the parking lot to have dinner. My adult daughter was very depressed and once we arrived at the hotel her spirits were lifted.”

“Very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and the rooms very clean. It was easy access to the Ball Park in Arlington. I was super please with my stay.”

• Only 1 elevator at far end of hallway.

“This hotel is on a major highway, so it is very convenient to go anywhere quickly. Convenience stores and restaurants were very close. Pool area is very nice. Staff is friendly and willing to help with phone numbers and/or directions to places of interest.”

• Comfortable beds, beautiful rooms.
• Kids were running down the halls screaming all night.

“The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great, and the beds are comfortable. But when the fan from the air conditioner shuts off, the room is very quiet and you can hear doors slamming and kids running down the halls all night long. The room was beautiful, but I didn't get any sleep for 3 nights.”

• This hotel was very nice and with a good central location to attractions.
• The maid service was slow to fill requests for extra towels.

“Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and if traveling to the area again, will likely use this hotel a second time. They were out of the room we requested so they bumped us up into a really nice room for no charge. In general, the service was very nice and friendly. The pool and whirlpool were nice and clean. The breakfast was cold and there was only one woman working an entire floor of tables.”
