• Nothing.
• Roaches in the beds, bad smell from
  AC unit.

• Convenience, fair price.
• The breakfast was never stocked well. We had to request that they please put out food, drink, etc.

“Was pretty clean, however, a bit noisy at times from other travelers. It was very convenient to Baylor University & our son's apartment. We always had plenty of towels, soap, etc. The pillows were a bit weird (very small & stuffed tight, much like a throw pillow). Beds were fair, but sagging a little. Overall, our stay was good and we would stay again.”

• Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Room was quiet and cold (thankfully).
• Cleaning staff was slow, left door ajar when done. Luckily nothing taken from room.

“It is a pleasant hotel. Close to Baylor University and lots of fast food and small restaurants. I will most likely stay there again in the future.”

• Nice clean room and a comfortable bed.

“The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Waco for business.”

• The bed was a little too firm.

• Great ambience.
• They don't have an ice machine on every floor...

“I thought it was brand new but they've been open for a year. Nonetheless, it's beautifully decorated, clean and the front desk guy was pretty hospitable, outgoing & helpful with dining recommendations. Locations good once you get used to it. Going around that traffic circle is an adventure. Since restaurants are in walking distance, this hotel offers everything that a more high-end place would except maybe valet parking or bellman, but the price is also much lower than a Hilton or Marriott. Very good value.”
