“This hotel was very clean, the staff was quite friendly while being very professional. The in-house breakfast was adequate, presented very well, and refreshed promptly. It was close enough to the downtown convention center, shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.”

• Very convenient and very clean.
• Service staff at breakfast sat there reading the newspaper.

“Very conveniently located on I-35. Room was spacious and clean. I had a handicapped-equipped room, with a large bathroom. Continental breakfast was adequate, but I had to open the new container of milk in the dispenser while the attendant sat reading the newspaper. Because of the convenience and cleanliness, I recommend this hotel.”

• This hotel was convenient for our circumstances. Close to the hospital where our daughter was having a baby.
• It was a great place to stay.

• Staff was friendly and helpful.
• They allowed pets.

“Hotel was fine. Unfortunately, there was a group of people traveling with their dogs. What they did not seem to realize was that when they left their dog alone in the hotel while attending meetings and dinner, the dogs barked non-stop. This went from about 5:00 PM until shortly after 10:00 PM for the four nights I was there.”

• Very convenient to Baylor Univ.
• Damp carpet and very few towels.

“This hotel was ok for the price but dogs were allowed in the lobby off-leash. There were 3 pit bulls on leashes and 1 large dog off leash. They should have been left outside until they checked in. The breakfast was not as described. There were only 2 bath towels. The carpet was damp to the point one would not want to walk shoeless.”

• It was a very friendly place to stay.
• The room above us was very loud. The commode in our bathroom had something wrong with it and it would make this loud sound every 20 minutes.

• Good price, easy to get to.
• Staff did not know how to operate hotel credit machine.

“Hotel was not the cleanest in the world, but it was more than adequate. The staff included 2 new counter employees that had no idea how to accept a debit card for a two dollar purchase and could not tell me the billing procedure for my on-line reservation - more training for staff is necessary.”

• The hotel was quiet and comfortable, very unusual for a football game day in a college town.
• The advertised "super breakfast" did not exist. They only had bagels and toast.

“The price was excellent. This is a great place to stay if visiting Baylor University on a tight budget.”

• Need a better selection on breakfast bar, toast and juice and coffee is not right.

“Check in was friendly and convenient. I liked the elevator instead of flights of stairs. Glad it was on 35 so we didn't have to waste time or gas searching for it.”

• Bathrooms had no hot water. Floors flooded. No bathtub. Handheld shower.
