• I thought the atmosphere was great. The overall look of the hotel was beautiful. I was surprised at how big it was. Great place for a reunion.
• Can't really say anything negative other than the ice machine by our room didn't work and we had to go pretty far to find one.

“I would have to say this was the best experience for a hotel stay that we have had in a long time. Our adult children joined us and having a restaurant in the hotel was so convenient and saved on traveling around to find one. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I wish I could have enjoyed that a little more. My boys enjoyed the game room. In three words, It was Wonderful". Thank you.”

• They have a great lobby, bar and restaurant.
• There was a funny odor to the rooms, the pillows were lumpy and the linens were not hundred percent cotton.

“Please don't let the appearance of the hotel lobby, bar and restaurant full you, when booking a reservation at this hotel. There is more to the comfort of a room then the appearance of the hotel lobby.”

• Friendly staff and very clean facility every thing was what we expect when staying away from home.
• There was no breakfast served in the morning.

• Nice pool area for the kids.
• Common areas were in dire need of vacuuming.

“Was fine for 1 night, not sure that the price was justified. Was the highest priced hotel in Watertown? It was okay.”
