• The price and the space.
• I has to go to 3 different rooms because 2 of them had doors that didn't work.

“It was very tiring and time consuming to have to switch rooms that many times. This should not have been a problem. I have never had this to happen at any hotel/motel before. This was not good especially after a long day of work and travel. This is something that is not expected or shouldn't happen.”

• Very clean, large rooms with extra bed in couch.
• Very noisy staff in early morning.

“This was a very nice extended stay type hotel with a complete kitchen and lounging area. The staff was friendly. The only downside is that if you are not an early riser the doors closing sounded as if the wall would come down.”

“Rooms maintained very well, and very nice pool area. Quiet part of town and good Mexican restaurant across parking lot. Other dining spots within short drive.”

• The rooms make you feel like you're at home! And they have DVD players which was great!
• Because the hotel is pet friendly it doesn't smell very good. Also they don't clean your room during your stay.

“Overall it was a great hotel. You can bring your pets if you have any. There's a pool and workout room. You have a kitchenette to prepare meals, as well as an armchair and DVD player to have movie nights. The staff is very kind and helpful. It makes your trip extremely comfortable!”

• The kitchen was nice.
• No breakfast on weekends.

“This hotel offers a spacious guestroom with a very nice full service kitchen (including full size refrigerator). It is a new looking, clean, friendly hotel. The only downside for leisure travelers is that continental breakfast is only offered Mon-Friday, so on Sat-Sun you are on your own!”

• The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen was nice.
• It smelled like someone had smoked in our non-smoking room.

“This hotel is designed for extended stays. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator and stovetop, which came in handy. The bathroom was clean and spacious compared to some hotels. The staff was friendly and met all our needs. Rooms are only cleaned once a week, but towels can be exchanged for new at the front desk, where you can also get extra soap or shampoo as needed. I've stayed in a number of hotels and this was one of the nicer of the economy hotels I've been in. The room smelled a little like it had been smoked in when first entered, but after a while we stopped noticing it.”

• Room was awesome and huge.
• Window was right next to bed and it was a bit light in the room.

“Rooms are huge, beds are comfortable and the kitchen was outstanding. Wood floors in entry, bath tile, whole room was clean as a pin and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Much nicer than anticipated considering it was a 2 star, had the luxury of a 3 or 4 star to me.”

• There is little doubt that the ample size of the rooms and the kitchen and bath.
• The lack of daily maid service.

“This hotel is recently remodeled. The facilities are in very good condition and the infrastructure is great. It is in a great location, near DFW and centrally located for transiting to the various areas. "No frills" = money saving. I didn't like not having daily maid service, but found the supply of towels and linens ample for my five night stay.”

• Convenient location, clean, and good price!
• Could have had rolls along with the bagels for breakfast.

“This Extended Stay Plus was very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. It was close to restaurants and had easy access to the freeway. A nice "away from home" place.”

• The lady at check in desk was one of the friendliest and knowledgeable about the area I have run into in a hotel/motel.
• Nothing.

• The hotel was excellent. I am sorry I only stayed two nights. It was a great value!

• Sleeper sofa could be more comfortable.

• Only one queen bed.

“Rooms only have one queen size bed. When I stay in a hotel, I expect my bed to be made and my towels to be exchanged. This does not happen for a weekend stay at an extended stay hotel.”
