• Easy access.
• Lack of cleanliness and room smelled.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The room was definitely over priced for what we got. The room looked as if it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time and had an over powering smell.”

• The staff was friendly and patient.
• The small bathrooms, broken bathroom door, small shower and dirty vents.

“The sheets and blankets did not seem fresh and the bathroom was completely outdated.”

• The staff was helpful. Room suitable for a one night stay.
• Box springs were dirty. Bottom sheet needs to be fitted.

“This hotel suited our need of finding a place that was affordable and convenient for a one night visit to Waco. We were there for only a few hours, so it suited our needs. The mattress was not the most comfortable, but worked.”

• It was clean.
• It was not up to date. Could have used a makeover.

“I ended up not needing the hotel, but when I tried to cancel it with 48 hours until check in I was going to be charged for the room whether I stayed there or not. I think that is a horrible way to do business.”
