• The appearance was nice on the surface.
• The ants that ended up in my box of Ritz in my room!

“Rushed us out before check-out. Had ants in the floor of the room. Our family that stayed in a smoking room had a foul smelling room.”

• Brand new hotel, beautiful. Excellent staff, great location.
• Nothing.

“The staff is quite cheerful & go out of their way to assist and help you. The hotel is brand new, only a month old, so everything is spotless. The breakfast is great: waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, & juices. Great pool and Jacuzzi. Lavish rooms with sitting area, separate room for bed, bath and wash basin. Refrigerator & microwave in each room. Some have stove top.”

• The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.
• The rooms were musty and needs updating.

“The hotel was in ill repair for only being 4 yrs old. The decor and facilities look like something from a second hand store. The rooms had a musty scent that was almost unbearable. The staff was friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends though. The sign was blown down and left in the front of the parking lot with caution tape around it.”

• Continental breakfast provided.
• Not pet friendly although they claimed to accept pets.

“Our experience at the best western was unpleasant. We took our pet because the hotel advertised that they accepted pets in their hotel. However, we were given a smelly, dirty, smoking room when we arrived because "that's all they had available for pets." the hotel offers wireless internet connection, but it does not work well. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Also, their front sign, which towered above the parking lot, was unsteady and loud as it swayed in the wind. As a large wind storm was coming, we were worried to park. Although a contractor came to give an estimate, the hotel staff said that they would just have to let it fall because they could not afford to fix it. We will not be staying at this hotel again.”

• Dirty.

“The beds, carpets and towels were stained and gross. At breakfast, the milk was left out without refrigeration and was warm. The food was not refilled. We will never stay there, again.”

• The location is great.
• No elevator and needs major renovations.

“This is not a 2 1/2 star hotel - it is barely a 2 star and more like a 1 1/2 star. Very run down with no elevator. Milk for breakfast was left out and not on ice - very limited breakfast. Rooms are decent size but bare minimums. Bed was lumpy and old. Tile in bathroom was coming up and the door was difficult to shut because of this. Please consider downgrading this hotel to a 2 star - other hotels in the area looked a lot nicer.”

• The pool was clean and unobstructed.
• Smoking room!

“The amenities were not as clean as they could be. The beds weren't made properly. The hallways and lobby was hot (thermostat on 80, outside above 90.”

• I liked nothing about this hotel.
• rude staff, no compliance, did not have our rooms.

“The staff at this hotel were very rude and insulting. We books rooms for non smoking and they reserved us smoking rooms and when we arrived they told us there were no other non smoking rooms available and that they would charge us for the rooms even though we did not stay there. The clerk insulted our intelligence numerous times and did not even attempt to be helpful or courteous. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western hotel EVER again. I am a frequent traveler and stay in hotels many times a year and have never had such a deplorable level of service as I received at the Best Western. All persons considering this hotel should be EXTREMELY CAUTIONED. BUYER BEWARE!!!”

• Location, good breakfast.
• Tub drained slow.
