• Location but room was beyond what I expected. Just came back from staying at a Hyatt in Los Angeles and this room was way better.
• Nothing.

“You won't be disappointed if you stay at this motel. Rooms were spacious and well designed and bed was very comfortable. TV was awesome and could be viewed easily from couch or bed.”

• Very trendy.
• The carpet was dirty in the room.

“Our room had a terrible odor coming out of the air conditioner. I think the filter needed to be replaced as the smell never went away the entire time and we smelt like the room when we left. The carpet was dirty in our room too but everything was else was OK.”

• The fresh fruit for the continental breakfast has a odd taste more then once when we tried it .

“Our stay at this Hyatt was for a week and we were extremely happy with everything there. It was very clean , quiet, and the staff was very polite. The sitting area was great as we were visting family and they were able to come there and everyone was comfortable with the extra seating room. We would stay there again .”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room very modern.
• The bed was hard and uncomfortable and not in keeping with the rest of the room's feel.

“Nice hotel, I like the modern feel and clean and efficient use of space. The tv was great and love the swivel and ability to watch it in bed or on the comfy sofa.”

• Room had two beds and a nice sitting area.
• Poor channel selection on the television.

“The Texas Rangers stadium is just a few miles away but the hotel did not have Fox Sports Southwest or local channel 27 where I could see the game on TV. This was frustrating because other lesser-priced hotels in which I have stayed in the area all carried the stations which broadcast the games.”

• The hotel room was very clean and everyone was so nice. We loved how cool the room was when we walked into the room.
• The only thing I wanted was breakfast in bed because it was my honeymoon but that was my only small complaint.

“The decor was beautiful when I walked in and it was a very quiet hotel. It was conveniently located near three different restaurants and the room was stocked with plenty of blankets and towels.”

• There wasn't vending machines on the floors, you had to purchase snacks on the first floor.
