• Location was great.
• Water pouring through the lights on top of us.

“Hotel was moldy, smelly, and dirty. Every time the people above us showered or flushed the toiled water poured down on top of us.”

• Hotel is still somewhat new.
• The bad & very arrogant attitude of the male front staff.

“The male hotel staff, that was there when we check - in 6/9/08 at 4PM was not very pleasant. We asked him if there is a beach close by that we can take a bath or go for fun fishing, he just answered us that beach are everywhere & if you go fishing you need to have license. That's not the kind of response we're expecting. Of course we know that we need a license, & secondly, that's the reason why we ask where the beach is because we're not from there. He's just too arrogant to answer us that question & we really didn't appreciate it. The female staff that was there when we check-out was okay & gave us a smile unlike that man that gave us a very sarcastic answer. He just didn't know how professionally we asked question from him, so, he should not judge the book but it's cover. Another thing was, the air condition was leaking and we have to pour several buckets of water the whole night & in spite of that, the carpet was still wet because it overflows. Something should be done with it for the sake of the next customer to stay.”
