• The room itself!
• Key cards.

“Everything was fine until I came back after hours. I was unable to use my card to get into the room. I slept in the lobby and no one would answer the telephone line. Also, there was no one who showed up at the time listed on the sign on the door. The fact that I could not get no one on the phone was ridiculous. It was awful!”

• VERY spacious room, fully equipped kitchenette.
• Parking spaces were narrow. I get tired of door-bangs in full lots.

• They upgraded us to a larger room when we had a problem with the first room.
• Our first room had the bed taken apart in pieces around the room.

“Nice extended stay hotel. At this time, there was a lot of construction on the nearest major road, which made travel around town from the hotel less pleasant.”

• Friendly staff.
• Outdoor pool, it rained everyday we were there so we couldn't use the pool.

“The full kitchen was handy as we stayed there multiple nights. Overall the stay was good. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.”

• East location, safe, ok usual kitchen, bathroom average.
• Charge for double. They did not mention pool/fitness, no business center.

“Overall a somewhat unpleasant stay. Did not mention the fitness room or small pool, and there was not information in the room about the property's facilities/amenities. I stumbled onto both hours later, my kids could have swam if we had known. I was charged for a 'double', pull-out couch not too hot. Overall, not so great, for a kitchenette, not nearly as good as a Candlewood, etc. Mostly construction worker guests, etc, I suppose.”

• The staff worked with our requests and adjustments well.
• When one is traveling and are stopping one night in a motel it would be nice to have shampoo.

“About average for a basic hotel except the carpets in one of our traveling companions rooms had animal hair on them as well as got their socks/feet dirty from not having clean carpets.”

• Was no on call personnel, couldn't get to my room.

“Arrived 12:30 AM no one there. The code to lock box for my room key coded wrong. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone off site from hotel to arrive to get Into box. Gave me a key to a room already occupied. No shampoo, safety latch on the room door were missing. Margarine inside the microwave on a plate from last resident. More concerned with who was going to be blamed than helping customer. Not a good experience, sorry.”

• Bed was fairly comfortable.
• Did not like area. Did not seem overly clean. Old.

“It was ok for the price, but it was not a great location. Also the room was dark and gloomy. Long walk from parking.”

• Kitchen and bathroom were nice.
• The bed was not very comfortable and the other furnishing were getting very tired.

“Decent stay if you are going to be spending a week at one location. The furnishings all need updating (bed was bad).”

• Room very dusty and mattress hard.

“Staff was friendly but the room hadn't been dusted in enough time that you could write your name in the dust. The mattress was very hard and lumpy and there was no plug for the bath tub, it had been stripped out and a screw sat in the drain where the plug used to be. When asked for ice they hand you and ice cube tray.”

• Good location.
• Only one bed.

“The hotel is right off the toll road. The rooms are smaller than you would think for having a kitchen. Only one bed in the room. No breakfast and no restaurant within walking distance. Rain hit the air conditioner outside the room and sounded like hail. The room was clean. This room would not work for three or more people.”

• Room smelled of very overly sprayed air freshener.

“Place seemed dirty! Carpeting in hall and walls were very ways dirty and the walls in our bathroom were dirty. We were only looking for an overnight, inexpensive stay but still expected cleanliness. I am not especially turned off by fragrances or odors, but the room was so overly sprayed with air freshener that it almost made me sick. There was no restaurant, but I can't remove the rating above.”

• All the comforts of a well furnished clean apartment.
• I liked everything about this hotel.

“Only stayed one night, but the room was a well furnished studio apartment and I would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to stay for extended period of time like a small piece of home away from home!”

• The rooms were very roomy.
• Since it wasn't ideal for outside pool weather, I wish theyre an inside pool, Jacuzzi or even the outside pool to be heated.

“I came out to Wichita, Ks for court. I was trying to get residential custody of my eight yr. old daughter. I checked in the afternoon of 3.25.08 and was supposed to stay till 3.31.08. I had to leave early on the 27th. I lost custody the day before and the night before I was told my Grandmother in Bradenton, Fl had a heart attack. She barely survived the one she had 4 yrs ago. I told the front desk lady, I had to leave the next morning. Before I left the hotel they're anybody there to check out with.”

• It had an exercise room.
• Dirty carpet, trash from prior guest, no ice, no shampoo, no hair dryer, one bed, no breakfast at hotel, no clean water glasses.

“This hotel is designed for long term stays. It has a stove etc. There were dishes, but no soap. No clean wrapped glasses like you usually find at a motel.”
