• Hotel lobby bar has great service and is a nice, quiet place to relax.
• Internet access is not free.

“This hotel is a great place to relax and has newly remodeled rooms that are wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The food is great, too.”

• Very nice atmosphere, very clean and attractive.
• Pool was being repaired, but passes were available to the YMCA.

“I have stayed here twice, and both times the pool was under repair. The YMCA is close and arrangements were made for use of their pool. The facility is very attractive and clean, and I would/will stay there again.”

• The bed was great!
• Didn't like the shower head.

“We enjoyed our room. It was quiet at night so you could get sleep without a lot of noise up and down the hall. The room service was great and the food was too.”

• Very beautiful, cozy, nice room.
• Was not happy that there was no wireless internet.

“The only down fall of this hotel was no wireless internet in the rooms. Our A/C did not work but they came in and fixed it with in 2 hours. Everything else was really nice.”

“For the price, internet should have been free and breakfast should have been free. This is why I picked this part. Room/rate for the free breakfast and they wouldn't honor it.”

• Not given all amenities as regular guest.

“This was a very nice hotel. My only complaint was that my room was not large enough and the staff would not allow me to upgrade.”

• I liked the hotel a lot.
• The Black Angus grill did not serve the quality of food that reflects the prices you pay for it.

“The only problem I had was with the hotel & the Black Angus Grill. I was told by the hotel people that breakfast was 9.95 for the buffet they offered each morning. I paid over 13.00 each & it was not that good of a selection nor the quality wasnt even 1 star level. Very disappointed.”

• The rooms and hotel were clean and staff was pleasant.
• The hotel wanted $10/day for internet. Should be included.

“Both rooms we got were clean with no problems. The TVs were larger LCD units that worked nice. The fitness center had several pieces of exercise equipment in good shape and it had glass windows looking into the pool area so you could watch children if that were a factor. Unfortunately, the hotel wanted $10 per day for internet access.”

• Comfortable Bed, Flat Screen TV.
• No Wireless Internet.

“This was a very comfortable hotel. The only draw back was having no wireless Internet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• I really liked the bed and the luxuriousness of the room.
• We ordered room service and there was too much sauce on the pasta dish.

“It would have been nice to know they were hosting a church youth convention - the lobby was swarming with kids and the elevators were overwhelmed. Lots of hallway noise.”

• The room was plush and modern, the beds were comfy, and the staff was stellar!
• Can't think of anything!

“I am not a frequent user of 3 and 4 star hotels, simply because many I have stayed at have been analogous to 1 and 2 star hotels as far as comfort, cleanliness, and staff. However, this hotel far exceeded my (obviously less than stellar) expectations. The decor is impeccable, the rooms are well-appointed and spacious, and perhaps most admirable - the staff was spectacular. Every single person I spoke with was friendly, warm, respectful, quick and efficient. For instance, when I wanted my room cooled (in the middle of winter when the heat was on), an engineer was there in under five minutes.”

• Outside appearance could be updated.

“This was an excellent hotel that exceed my expectations. The beds were more than comfortable which made for a wonderful nights rest.”

• Room was very dirty!

“Everything was really nice except our room was dirty. Trash was in it when we got there. There was hair in the shower. I have stayed there many times and never had a dirty room like this.”

“It was a nice hotel. The staff was not so nice, we have 3 small kids, so maybe they're not used to that. The room was clean but very small. The beds were very comfortable, but I wish they offered free internet access like many hotels offer.”

• I really liked this hotel because it has three restaurants in it so we didn't have to get back out into the traffic.
• While we were there the electricity went out and the elevators quit working so we used the stairwell that was poorly light.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The staff was very courteous. We had been doing our holiday shopping so when we got back to the hotel it was nice to have restaurants to pick from within the hotel so we didn't have to get back out into the traffic.”

• The lobby was beautiful and the restaurant we ate at was excellent.
• The king size bed was luxurious, but not a lot of extra space in the room.
