• I liked the stove, full sized refrigerator, DVD player and microwave. Convenient!
• The air kept coming on and clicking off. This facility doesn't clean your room unless you stay 7 days. I stayed 3.

“ The stay was great. It wasn't the best location to downtown area, but it was quiet for the most part. I would recommend it because I was able to save even more money by cooking my own breakfast. The Fossil Creek area is really nice. There is a movie theatre just down the street from the hotel along with some very nice restaurants. ”

• I was pleased with the spacious room and the kitchenette, the room was nice.
• The only thing I can truely complain about would be the small ants that were on the kitchen counter tops, I put things in the refrigerator to keep them out.

• Location was convenient.
• Room was dirty and smelled bad.

“Bed was made but the bathroom had not been cleaned (dirty towel on floor). Sand was found in bathroom and kitchen. When contacted front desk no more rooms were available and housekeeping was already gone for the day. I did not feel my small children were safe in this dirty environment. Motel 6 is a large improvement compared to the conditions we faced at this hotel.”

• Convenient to highway and liked the full kitchen.
• Needed sewing kit and a stamp and didn't have either one.

“The room was plain but useful for our needs. Cleaning could have been a little better; we found a dirty washcloth in a drawer with the eating utensils. Also 2 boxes of opened cereal were in a cabinet. Convenient to the highway although we had to figure out first how to get there! The brochures state how they carry convenience items, like toothpaste, sewing kits, etc., but when we needed the sewing kit, they were all out. Also, it would be nice if they carried stamps for their customers to buy. We had to hunt for a post office. They also didn't have maps but luckily the front desk lady knew how to get to where we wanted to go and gave us good directions. The sofa bed was comfortable! And I liked the drawers in the bathroom. That was nice and we didn't have to keep everything out on the counter, which is always a pain when traveling because we're constantly having to move things just to get ready.”

• It felt like an apartment, not a hotel room.
• You could hear too much noise from surrounding rooms, and halls.

“A really nice hotel with great amenities. If you are going to be staying for an extended time, it's great. Some of the guests aren't necessarily the most courteous, but hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. One major drawback of this location was the road it is located on is one way, making getting into, and out of the parking lot a major pain in the rear.”

“Did not have a restaurant or fitness center. Room was dated and dirty. A/C did not even come close to cooling room. The only bright spot was the girl at receptionist.”

• The tile in the bathroom floor is loose and could cause you to trip.

“The people are friendly and we enjoy being there. We would rather have a room in the other end of the motel where the highway noise isn't quite so loud.”

• There was plenty of space in the room giving it an apartment feeling.
• Carpet was old and the hall smelled like dog urine.

“The room and the lobby were ok, but the hall outside the room and a urine smell by the elevator.”

• The convenience of the kitchen and the sleeping arrangements.
• The towels were stained and I had asked for a non smoking room.

“I checked with the girl at the counter and told her that the room had ashtrays in it and burns on the side of the bath tub. She told me that it was supposed to be non smoking but that people smoke in them anyway. I told her that when you put ashtrays in them you are inviting them to smoke in the room .I don't think a 2 star hotel should have those problems.”

• Quiet setting and easy to get in and out of secure hotel central hall (and beautiful pansies).
• One way access road required going the long way around to get back to the entrance onto the highway.

“The kitchen and living area/desk would make it a great arrangement for a business traveler or someone who needed to stay for several days.”

• The heater was not working properly.

“We told the people at the desk that the heater started making a horrible noise during the night and finally quit. It was ok though because it was too hot in there when we went in and when it went off it was comfortable. They thanked us for telling them.”
