• Everything.

“It was disgusting. The room was dark, cramped, old and it smelled like an ashtray. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling; water stains on the walls, the bedspread was old and frayed and torn at the foot of the bed. The staff was unfriendly.”

• The breakfast was o.k.
• The hot water did not work, the remote in our room did not work. The staff would never answer the phone.

“The hotel was nor really convent to anything. It was by it's self. Was not easy to get on and off highway. The rooms where o.k. besides that we had to be moved the second night due to the water not working in our room. Then the new room that we got, the hot water did not work. The remote controls for the TVs did not work. The staff would never answer the phone when you tried calling them.”

• The A/C worked.
• Ants, no hot water in the bathroom, mildew smell.

“I would not stay there again. There were ants in the room and there was no hot water.”

• Paint/carpet may need some updating.

• Comfortable bed.
• Hall smelled of tobacco.

“Not bad if you need a bed and bath. No in room movies. The hall was hot and smelled of tobacco. Will not stay there again.”

• Nothing.
• Bare wires on lamp, shorted out and tripped breaker and burned my partner; staff unconcerned.

“Shower would not turn off, toilet ran all night, and tub faucet ran all night, electrical hazard, bed and pillows very uncomfortable.”

• Staff cooperative.
• Ground floor windows face walls. not clean carpets inside

“All the back facing rooms on the ground floor faced a tall wall, blocking any kind of vision or sunshine. Depressing and dark all the time. Luckily, later I was able to get another room upstairs.. else am sure I would have rated it not as good. The staff was cooperative and the hotel was clean.”

• Simple, efficient and the Internet service for free was absolutely charming.
• The guests (with teens) above our room were noisy till way beyond 2 am! The staff could not do anything. I nearly called the police.

• The staff was friendly.
• Sink faucet & toilet ran constantly, no fridge & microwave present as stated in amenities.

“The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the price was acceptable. However the sink faucet had a constant stream and the toilet water had a constant run. In the hotel amenities it was stated there was a refrigerator and microwave. This was not the case. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future.”

• I liked that it was located right off of the interstate.
• The one way feeder highway it was on was very confusing.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly with directions. We just had a lot of trouble getting in and out of the hotel because of the one way highway out front.”
