• The indoor pool, which is hard to come by in the south.
• We had six people in our room, when we asked for more towels and pillows they were very hesitant to accomadate us.

• Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, felt safe.

• The night staff was friendly and helpful.
• It was difficult to get to due to its location on a one-way feeder.

• The staff were cordial and helpful.
• Over priced and located half-way on a one way feeder, difficult to get to.

“This hotel will be better when they finish the renovations in the front entrance. I feel like the rooms were over priced. I did not get what I paid for in this instance and am disappointed.”

• The sink was separate from the toilet and bath tub.
• The swimming pool was dirty and the room was not inviting at all.

“The hotel attendant was sleepy and her appearance was quite unprofessional. The indoor swimming pool was dirty, the windows were very dirty and the white plastic chairs and tables were haphazardly strewn around the pool. The hot tub was full of bubbles and looked dirty. The room was adequate and seemed clean.”

• Location and access. This is what prompted the answer in 12. If I was visiting Burlson, TX it would be fine. I was visiting Ft Worth.
