• They did let me move to a non-smoking room after I became upset.

“The rooms are large and have a refrigerator and microwave, but have very little furniture. There was a recliner (old and worn) that was dirty and a small end table beside that. A small table and chair as well. The beds were ok.”

• We enjoyed the pool area.
• Breakfast could have been better.

“Hotel was clean and met our needs for the night while traveling across the country. Staff was very good. Continental breakfast could've been better, but we still managed to find enough to fill our stomachs.”

• People were friendly.
• Room not clean found food in drawer no hotel brochure to tell how to access internet or breakfast.

“Hotel was ok but not as nice as I expected. The door to my room was broken and there were opened packages of food in one of the drawers. Room was very dark and so was bathroom. Never knew what time breakfast was so missed it.”

• Up charge of 20 dollars a night for 2 double beds.

“The hotel was very nice I didn't like how we were booked for a king bed and then got charged more for two double beds.”

• Lower level of professionalism from staff. Smoking rooms on same floor as non smoking.

“Okay. No towels in my room. Staff too busy to bring up. Very smoky in hallway and seeped into my room.”

• Although we had a non-smoking room, the hallways smelled of smoke.

• A little effort by house keeping would have been nice.

“Room was not cleaned well. Mold in bathroom. Previous persons toiletries left in bathroom including used razor in bathtub. Hair on floor in bathroom. A little effort by house keeping would have made this stay better. Too tired to request a different room that was clean.”

• In need of some minor repairs.

“The hotel was adequate, the towel rack was falling out of the wall the towels were very thin, and there wasn't a pen or piece of paper anywhere in the room. The staff was not rude, but they were not very friendly, I felt like we were bothering them especially when I checked out.”

“Could provide a larger breakfast area. It was so small, a family of five was ahead of us and it was a bad experience because of the size and small amount of selections available. We just left!”

• Access to the freeway.
• The hotel staff does not clean the room properly.

“The rooms are not cleaned properly. If at all they are cleaned they miss to put the towels, soaps, coffee sachets etc. The breakfast is horrible. They serve apples that are in very bad stage. Most of the time the apples are damaged or rotten.”

• This hotel should be a 2 1/2 star; it is nicer than a 2 star.

“This hotel was great; it should have a higher rating. It was clean, comfortable and the largest room I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, and the building was only 4 years old, so it still had that new feeling. Highly recommended!”

• I like the microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, I have a baby and that made it very convenient
• Breakfast being over at 9:30am. That is early when your with a baby. 10:00am is early enough, but 10:30 to 11:00 would be better.

“Very clean. Easy to find right off the interstate. A lot of restaurants around to choose from. I would stay there again if we need to go back to Wichita.”
