• Absolutely loved that it had a small kitchen.
• Had no swimming pool.

• Nothing shower did not work & steps were uneven & steep.
• Dirty, steps uneven, smelled of smoke even when stated non-smoking, shower knob broke off.

“Worst hotel I have stayed in in years. It recked of smoke and blankets were dirty and smelled. They really need to fix the stairs to steep & uneven.”

• The location is central to restaurants and things to do.
• 2 keys were not available and had to wait the next day for it. A bulb was burned out.

“The rooms are small but clean. The location is good. Staff should be prepared with 2 room keys at least for each check in and we had to wait until the next day and they have to come reprogram at your door. They were busy at the front desk and this could have saved them time. A light bulb was burned out but they were too busy for me to even let them know.”

• Convenience to highway and Padre Island.
• Walls are thin - could hear neighbors.

“Overall, very nice stay. Kitchen was adequate, however there is no oven, and no pots, pans nor dishwashing detergent are supplied; only dinner dishes are supplied. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear muffled sounds from next room. A great place if you're just using it for sleep and would like a fridge and stovetop/microwave.”

• Great location. Very economical yet met all my needs.
• The hot water takes about 15 minutes to start running.

“Will for sure stay there in the future especially when trying to save some money. The price was incredible and yet all my needs and expectations were met. Even though I was there on business I still got to relax and enjoy my trip due to its great location. Great dinning within walking distance.”

• Location about wraps it up.

“We for sure will not be staying there anytime soon. We asked for another room due to our granddaughter (8yrsold) traveling with us and were denied. They put us up on the 3rd floor at the very end with the elevator about a mile away. That pretty much sums it up.”

• Nothing. The noise was horrible!
• The noise level was so irritating & poorly maintained.

“I give this hotel 4 thumbs down. The location was the only reason I didn't give it the max. of 5 thumbs down. I wouldn't recommended this hotel to my worst enemy. The roach motel would have been more a more suitable stay. My honest opinion folks and I'm not an angry person just very disappointed.”

• Nice front desk staff.
• Room smelled disgusting, poor Wi-Fi reception, worn furniture and carpet, dirty.

“However, if I did have a "worst enemy," I would recommend this hotel to him. It took 5 tries to get the room key to open the room door. We almost vomited. When the air conditioning finally cleared most of the smell out, I had to kill two silverfish (types of bugs) with my shoe. The carpets and furnishings were worn, there was mold around the bathtub, and the surface of the television and mirror looked dirty and greasy with fingerprints. I refused to take my socks off during the entire stay. The so-called free Wi-Fi was awful. The signal was very weak. All-in-all, a very depressing, disgusting, and disappointing.”

• Large rooms, clean, had kitchen supplies in the kitchenette and had a very large bathtub.
• No pool or hot tub.

“Sun Suites Hotel in Corpus Christy is a hotel, I and my family would definitely stay at again if a hotel with a pool and hot tub is not available. The kitchenette will be great when we vacation for an extended period of time. The children loved it. Need roach spray for the kitchenette area!”

• We stayed for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned by house keeping.
