• Nothing at all.
• Noisy room, smelled like smoke although I requested a non smoking room, carpet was wet and with the AC on you could not hear the TV. Rude owners.

• There was multiple complaints about security issues yet they were left unresolved.

“Upon my arrival, I found it to be run-down and a facility that accommodates illegal activity and even with video does not acknowledge that it is an unstable, insecure, environment for its tenants. I was approached in the parking lot, for a potential robbery and it was my own decisions that brought me and my family to safety. I observed that multiple events and complaints happened that night. They stated that they felt their security measures were adequate yet they did never detect the multiple complaints I witnessed in their lobby.”

• Ocean view was easily accessed I had requested a room with that view but did not get it. Hence the stay at that hotel.
• Administration employee did not quite understand our needs and seemed he didn't care.

“I went in and asked. They also could not supply us with a crib for my grand daughter of 3 months or a cot. The employee did not know shat a crib was. When asked for a cot he brought us the trolley for the suitcases.”

• Its central location in the Downtown area and for its location.
• It did not have internet access.

“The hotel as a whole was great experience; clean and well maintained. Its location made dining and entertainment easy in the Downtown area. However, the only negative aspect of the hotel was the parking lot and the lack of space for the number of rooms at the hotel. We were lucky enough to get one!”

• It's by the bay.
• Muggy rooms, allot of money for a room that is not worth $164 plus taxes.

“The rooms were muggy and hot. The parking area to small. We almost did not find a parking space when we got back from the wedding. When we were checking out the lady wanted to charge my credit card again for the room.”

• The room is no frills and smells musty. Rates were jacked up due to event.

• Old, poor quality. Burn holes on comforter and beds. Shower curtain rod kept falling down.

“This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The carpet was so filthy that my children's feet were black after having walked around the room bare footed. The continental breakfast was a joke! The juice was hot and there was nothing good to eat. The beds were ok and the location is grate. The only way I would recommend this hotel is if u had to stay over night only and if u doesn't remove urn shoes.”

“again, the location is great, clean, has great employees. We asked for the nearest wal-mart the young lady at the receptionist got us a map and pin pointed the closest one right away. Even though it was an over-night stay. The experience was great.”

“This motel was what is was, nothing extravagant about it. The staff was friendly and did the best they could. I thought it was still a lot of money for a motel. I do recommend this motel for a short stay.”

• It was right in the bay front area the view was great.
• Not much parking.

“The staff was into very friendly. I felt when I checked in the gentleman was less the friendly he treated me like a common criminal. He did not smile one time in the time it took for me to check in. The room was clean in the surface but when I went to give my children a bath there was dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Dirt that had been there for a while.”

• They had a continental breakfast.
• It was fairly loud and the parking lot seemed dirty.

“I thought the room was very nice and clean. It was a good temperature and I liked that they had a continental breakfast buffet. They did not have a computer to use for Internet.”
