• Location close to beach front and several restaurants was terrific.
• Finding dirty sheets on the beds.

“Average rooms with 2 queen sized beds. Balcony has nice view of the harbor and waterfront. Like all other reviews - the 2 elevators that service all floors are small, but they function. We had a little problem with finding dirty sheets on the beds but the housekeeping supervisor came within minutes of being notified, apologized, and changed them. Strange, but another housekeeper knocked on our door once about 1 hour after we checked in and and twice the following day and said I just wanted to see if anyone was in there. Doesn't give you warm fuzzies.”

“Very friendly front desk staff was the beginning of a very nice stay. The room was comfortable,quiet and very cool for a hot day. The view was amazing and all the little extras were available in the room like microwave,fridge, iron, etc,which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices were available. The room in which breakfast is served ha an incredible view. An extra night was offered at a reasonable discounted rate. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• View of the bay during breakfast, and location.
• The balcony.

“The hotel was very nice, and clean. It had a great view of the bay, but the balcony is not safe for kids as the spacing is too wide, they might fall through. So we spent no time on the balcony. Bed was very comfortable, and room lay out was nice. Eating breakfast on the 11 floor with 180 degree view of the bay was very nice.”

“We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We loved the location, it was within walking distance to a lot of stuff. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly & helpful. The continental breakfast was very good with a good variety.”

• I did not get the view I requested.

“I am a song writer. I enjoy hotels with a view. This helps in the contemplation of the composition. This hotel has a great view of the bay from the 4th floor up. I did not know this. I requested a room with a view to assist in my work. They said they would accommodate, yet the room I was given was on the second floor overlooking a shared patio that had a direct view to the parking garage. I was upset about the request not being honored, yet needed to get to work. I was able to walk 1 block to the bayside which is beautiful at night. I wish I could have had that view from my work station in my room. Overall, it is a great hotel, clean, pleasant, quiet.”

• Great free hot breakfast. It was best part of the stay.
• Comedy of errors with our room and stay.

“The hotel was great for a family trip. The rooms were nice, staff very friendly, the pool great and the location couldn't be much better. Unfortunately, there were a few things that made the stay not quite perfect. First neither lamp in the room worked but maintenance came right up and fixed. Then, we come back to our room after being out all day and just happen to push on the handle without swiping our key card. The door was not locked. Our room had been unlocked this whole time. Apparently when the battery on the key box is low, the door won't lock. Dead bolt included, and then, as if that's not enough, we get a call while we are out on our second day, that they are having major plumbing problems in rooms ending in 14 and have to change rooms. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, but we just had a few incidents.”

• The breakfast was really good and high quality. The internet was also great.
• It was too cold especially when someone comes back from the beach. And there was no Jacuzzi.

“The hotel was very cold both in the lobby and the room and if you turned the AC off the room became suffocated. But the room was comfy and the service was great. Also the breakfast was really good you could have almost everything you wanted in that restaurant.”

• Noisy, rooms not 100% cleaned.

“The hotel is next to a what a burger and a couple of clubs so it was very noisy at night. One side of the hotel was quieter than the other, but depending on whom you spoke to at check-in they either agreed or disputed the quietness of one side versus the other. Rooms were clean, but missing basic items such as towels which we had to ask for 3 times before we finally got them. The fridge was broken in the room! Unable accommodate 2 rooms on the same floor so all family members could be within close proximity.”

• The breakfast and view were great, as well as the king size bed. Room was very clean and comfortable.
• The elevators were very small and it took a long time to get one.

“This hotel was in a great location. Right across from the marina and walking distance to restaurants and beach access. It was a great stay. Hotel service was great. The complimentary breakfast was great and the view at breakfast was beautiful!”

• The beds were also comfortable and relaxing after a long day at the beach.
• Elevators are way too small for the number of floors. Long wait.

“Overall I would recommend this hotel because it is located right off the bay. Many of the rooms have a nice view of the bay and more. Continental breakfast was really a breakfast with several selections to choose from. Rooms were nice and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is smoke free.”

“My child liked the swimming pool. The free breakfast was cold and not cooked well. The rooms were nice, not enough towels for 2 people. There were only 3 large towels and 1 washcloth.”

• Full breakfast with a view and location!
• No hotel bar/eating facility other than the full breakfast room on the 11th floor. the view was fabulous and we would have loved to have a cocktail.

“The hotel was family friendly and our room had a small balcony that added a flavor of romance with a view. The 11th floor breakfast area was excellent. Family oriented with a grand view. The rooms were large and very well kept. We also enjoyed the computer room next to the laundry area. We went home with all clean clothes! The covered parking was great because it was very hot there. And we can not say enough about the location. Within walking distance of all the local shops, lounges, restaurants, harbor and beach! We will most definitely stay again!”

• Good location, great room very clean.
• Bad parking. There are 3 clubs close by so there a lot of noise at night.

“Hotel was nice, very clean, and had a good breakfast. However the are 3 clubs never by so at 2 am there a lot of noise. That night there was a drive by shooting 1 street down from the hotel.”
