• Room space was great. happy hour always a winner.
• Most of the stay was great. not a minus but maybe add a second bartender.

“When I travel with the family, I usually like to stay in this hotels. I like the space and privacy of the bedroom. breakfast is easy and I enjoy the indoor pool away from the sun. the happy hour is always a winner with my wife and me.”

• The free breakfast is a great way to start the day, everything else clean, friendly staff!
• For those who like to workout while staying at a hotel, the fitness room is sub par. Only a few machines and of low quality.

“I went to Corpus with my girlfriend on a little winter break trip from college. She is from Corpus and I'd never been so we went down and had a great time. This hotel was truly one of the highlights of the trip. It was very clean and had a warm, inviting feel to it. I highly recommend it to couples, families, or just for business.”

• Awesome comp. breakfast & happy hours.
• The bed was uncomfortable.

“The staff was wonderful. Hotel was spotless and well maintained. Appreciated being able to have a smoking room. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional as well as the happy hour. These made our day! Hotel was quite comfortable and leisurely (no loud noises) and sleeping was a dream albeit the hard bed. Thanks we will return and Embassy suites will be our premier choice.”

• Close to Padre Island. Close to restaurant.

“I did not enjoy sleeping with my friend in the same bed. I wanted a discount on the room since it was not what I booked. It put a damper on a much needed vacation. After driving 12 hours finding out you do not have a two bedroom suite was very aggravating. The way it reads on the advertisement you think you are getting two bedrooms. You need to fix this I am sure I am not the first customer to be surprised. What I had was basically in my opinion a one room bedroom therefore it was not a good price $129.00. I was very disappointed in your customer service department. Usually if companies want to keep your business they try to make some form of accommodation Your company or Embassy suite was not interested in helping resolve the situation. Both responded there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately you already had my money or I would have walked out and found another hotel. Again I will not use your service again and I will tell people about my experience.”
