• The room had a pull-out sofa that accommodated 2 children.
• There were no extra towels, pillows or blankets available from the front desk.

“The hotel was generally clean, but hard to get to if you are coming from the south. (no access from the freeway unless you come from the north).”

• The size of the room. We did not feel cramped.
• It took too long to get towels.

“Do not stay there. The lady behind the desk was rude it must happen there a lot by the way she reacted to me when I told her. The cameras in the parking lot dont even face the parking lot they face the trees.”

• I liked the breakfast had more than just donuts and bagels, and also no time limit on the pool.
• You had to be 21 to rent a room even if your married and have children.

“This hotel was clean and quiet. Locations of things such as ice machines were very convenient.”

• Staff were friendly.
• There was a bum in a wheelchair sitting outside, they ran out of towels, pool/spa was not a little on the scary side.

• Very Clean, Breakfast was fine.
• Room was not ready when we checked in, no towels or soap. Toilet was not working.

“When we arrived an hour after check in the room was still not ready. When we got to our room it was very clean, however the commode was not working and we had no towels. They ran out of breakfast before nine and didn't bother to restock much. Overall I guess I would recommend the hotel since it was convenient and clean. Bed was not as comfortable but very clean room. The female afternoon clerk at check in was not very friendly however the male clerks in the evening were very helpful assisting us towels, sheets, etc) so yes I would recommend.”

• Convenience, price and two exits from room.
• Slow service, broken phone, broken microwave.

“Overall I would give this hotel a C+. The staff was friendly but slow to respond to needs. The facilities were clean but in need of repair. The phone and microwave provided were broken and not replaced during our stay. In addition, the neighbors upstairs had children that pounded on the floor/my ceiling late into the night and early in the morning. They should have been given a first floor room to avoid this, plenty were available.”

• Quality and cleanness of the rooms.

“3 nights different room. 1st night room given to us in a closed section of the hotel. Air conditioner did not work; room was dirty, peeling wall paper, no towels. Clerk would not change rooms. Following morning new desk clerk told us we should not have been placed in the room and changed us to another room which was ok until the toilet started leaking. 3rd night 3rd room was ok, nothing fancy but ok. Original clerk was fired.”

• The hotel was clean and convenient.
• The food at the breakfast was always cold and supplies were low for the breakfast. The access was poor due to no side entrance.

“Overall, the hotel was ok. If we return to Corpus we would rather stay closer to the water.”

• Very nice and helpful staff, for the greater part.
• The sign was very difficult to see making the hotel hard to find from the interstate.

“Except for one night clerk, the hotel was a very pleasant experience. We had a couple problems with the room that were attended to immediately on request. The breakfast was not top notch, but it was good enough for free. The maid staff were excellent.”
