• Location.
• I was charged $25 extra just because I wanted 2 double beds! This is ridiculous!

“I will never stay at another Extended Stay Hotel again. It was worse than staying at a Motel 6. The air conditioner in the room was noisy. There was no ice machine. And I had to pay $25 extra just to get 2 double beds instead of a queen size bed!”

• Free Internet.
• Musty odors throughout.

“Vending machines on
several floors don't work, and will keep your money. Bad location - risky neighborhood but on-site security. All but one parking lot entrances permanently blocked - always a bad sign of the neighborhood's quality. No eating establishments within walking distance. Convenient to IH-35 North - southbound you have to U-turn. Also convenient to Dallas Love Field (about 3 miles), but no jet noise. Hotel supposedly just complete a multi-million dollar renovation. They must have skipped my floor. Staff tries their best - very friendly and they put forth their best effort.”

• The location was excellent. It was near restaurants and the mall.
• It was so cold and there was no one available to repair the system.

• Front desk staff was very nice at check-in.
• Rooms are not private. Could hear yelling in other rooms, etc.

“If you need a place for sleep only - this is it. The walls are thin so you can hear all the conversations of other guests plus the folks that stayed there when we did were not there for vacation. Just passing through - this is perfect. Need a long-term hotel room on the cheap? Yes, this is the place for you. Want a quiet night's sleep? Find another location with better beds and less noise.”

• Price.
• We were on vacation and this hotel had no swimming pool. The hotel was a no frills hotel.

“The room was clean but nothing to write home about. The price was good but we would like to have had a swimming pool since we were on vacation. The location was great since it was close to where my daughter lives and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very courteous and helpful.”

• The location was excellent.
• The bed was not comfortable.

“For the price and the location this hotel is great for shopping in the Hulen area. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat, though and you could smell cigarette smoke in the elevator and hallways.”

“The hotel parking lot is not safe, with several vehicle break-ins and there is no pool, hot tub or exercise room.”

• Clean and peaceful.
• Beds very hard, need upgrading.

“The hotel is pleasantly quiet, which is an plus. Also I like the kitchen area. But the beds are extremely hard to where it hurts your back and neck. You know everyone wants to relax and look at television, so the television needs to be upgraded. They needs to high teach and a little bigger. But far as that it was fine.”

• Kitchenette was a plus. Bed was comfortable.
• Carpet & chair upholstery were stained. Bathroom sink fixtures were loose.

“Room size, bed, desk, and kitchen were nice for our stay. Carpet and upholstery needs serious cleaning - both were much stained. Sink fixtures in bathroom were loose, but my husband was able to tighten them up.”

• No daily service.

“Hotel fine for very extended or very short stays. I really wish that extended stay facilities were given a special category to include/exclude from normal travel stays or included automatically the usual accoutrement of a regular hotel stay. This was fine, but not my expectation for a regular two star hotel stay.”

• The people there were nice and helpful.
• Paying for Wi-Fi and it was worthless and rock hard bed.

“Location people were great, but the bed wasn't the best and I needed internet and had to pay $5+ for the stay and it was the slowest I ever seen, might as well have been dial up.”

• The room was great. It was large enough. Had room for computer and work space.
• The bed could have been more comfortable, but was okay. I've had worse.

“We loved this hotel. It was convenient to our friend's apartment. We had stayed in an Extended Stay in Memphis, but this one was much nicer. Very safe as the doors locked at 11 pm and no one could get in without access to a door key. I would definitely stay here again. The bed could have been more comfortable, but I've had worse.”

• The location is great with all the nearby restaurants and shops.
• The kitchen inside the hotel room looked misplaced.
