• Location was good for restaurants and the business I needed to conduct while in Wichita.
• Stale odor.

• Bath tub was dirty. Stains on the box spring. Loose tiles on floor.

“Ok for a one night stay. It was not what we expected from. It felt more like a Motel 6 which probably would have been cleaner. It was disgusting to have black stains in the tub, and who knows what on the walls. One lamp shade was stained very distinctively. The bed was not very comfortable. I would not stay there again. A very big disappointment.”

• It was convenient to highway.
• The linens had holes, there were bugs in bathroom, two lamps didn't work, vanity faucet was wobbly.

“We did not expect a luxury hotel, but we did expect to stay in a room that had no bugs, decent linens, and functioning basics like lighting.”

• The motel staff were very friendly and helpful.
• The room was not as clean as it should be.

“It was a good place to stay. I was able to leave my car there and did not worry that something would happen. The breakfast was good, selection was more than I expected.”

• The staff working behind the counter was nice.
• I have no complaints.

“I have to admit, my expectations weren't very high. Vie stayed at places that were more expensive per night, and still were not as well kept as this place.”

• Great location.
• The floors (carpets) were stained badly, trash was behind the bed stand, and there were dead moths in the window sills. Just not a clean place. The desk.

“I was not impressed at all. In fact the desk attendant was asleep when I went to check out and was going to voice my complaint but like I said, he was sleeping quite deeply. The sheets were clean, thankfully, but the room its self was in need of vacuum and the phone table was sticky from pop or something, the hotel pen was sticky also. Trash was behind the bed stand and the carpet was badly stained.”

• Clean, affordable, breakfast, and location.
• Front desk maids come to early.

“Very nice yet simple hotel. Has amenities in the room which is nice (fridge and microwave). Sturdy comfy bed. Visible parking lot, lots of light for the night. easy location. Close to airport and downtown.”

• Nothing-it was awful.
• Rude customer service, no clean rooms on first floor--not handicap accessible.

“It was the worst experience I have ever had. They had no maid service on x-mass day, no clean rooms on the first floor for me( am handicapped) no elevators, no one to help with bags, rude and unfriendly front desk clerk --had her boyfriend hanging around all day and she clearly did not want to work.”

• Location is a little hard to get to if you don't know the area.

“Clean room and well maintained. The hallway did smell of cigarette smoke even though we were in a no smoking room. The breakfast consisted mainly of cold cereal, milk, juice, bread, muffins, and coffee.”

• The location near the airport was exactly what I needed.
• The toilet tank fill valve ran all night. It would not shut off.

• Nice room with room to move and also a chair to set in you cant sleep.
• The bachelor party that came in and didn't know when to go to bed.

“It could be easier to get into when coming from the east. I just stumbled onto the back street or alley to take instead of going west first. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.”
